"Villa Fleur de Lys is a great sized villa, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and has excellent amenities. The rooms are large, with comfortable beds and en suite bathrooms. There is a kid's games room and an entertainment centre with a gym, foosball table, ping pong table and pool table. The included breakfast is big enough and the restaurant provided large portion sizes. The beach is okay for swimming, but aqua shoes are recommended as there are rocks."

Could pave the pathway to the pool a bit better so not to always track dirt to and from the house . The lounge chair area is tight - hard to navigate multiple people finding a seat as there isn’t space to walk around the chairs . For our group that was a bit elderly it wasn’t convenient

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

Nelle ville ci vorrebbe in dotazione una macchina per il caffè, il bagno per disabili al pianterreno è scomodo e poco. fruibile.

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"Excellent staff, spacious location and games room a bonus. Easy access by car to Blue Lagoon and Boston Beach with a couple of dollars' entry charge. (Could walk to Frenchman's Cove but entry charge excessive so didn't bother.)"

Le tappezzerie degli arredi esterni devono essere mantenute pulite, accappatoi ed asciugamani in dotazione alla camera devono essere in buono stato e non strappati, i teli forniti per la piscina devono essere suddivisi tra puliti ed usati, e quest'ultimi ritirati a fine giornata dal personale, le rubinetterie nei bagni delle camere come i termoarredi devono essere manutenzionati e funzionanti e nel caso sostituiti....a volte bastano piccole accortezze ed interventi di poca spesa perché tutto risulti perfetto.

"L'endroit est très propre et décoré avec goût, on se croirait chez soit ! Cette maison est un paradis que ce soit pour les adultes et pour les enfants. Il y a un coin jeux extérieur pour eux, et des jouets ainsi que des équipements loisir (draisienne, ballon rebondissant, etc...) à l'intérieur. Les services proposés sont également de qualité et très intéressants !"

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"The location in Lance Aux Epines was excellent. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is large and well maintained, the furnishings are comfortable and it included everything we needed. Yare was very accommodating to our special requests and communication with her was the best we have had in all of our short term rentals anywhere. Samantha who met us on site on check-in was very also friendly and helpful."

The house provides good privacy, but this seemed to impede air flow for cross breezes leading to hot rooms if you don't purchase the additional air conditioning (e.g. Kitchen).
