"The villa is clean & spacious. Ilse was very accommodating, she reached out to me just right after my booking was confirmed. She was very attentive with all my queries. My family & friends enjoyed our stay. The villa is huge, and so many sitting areas where you can bond with friends. We look forward of staying there again."

The water pressure is too slow and the road to go the house is a bit bad road.

"The owners are very friendly - they even celebrated New Year night with us. The property is very green and beautiful, and there is parking available inside the yard. The room is very large and spacious, and you can go swimming right outside your door. Snorkeling is great, especially near the shipwreck. There is a kayak, which my husband used to go fishing. Laundry service is available upon request. We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious bananas waiting for us in the room. I highly recommend staying here - you won’t regret it!"

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"Absolutely beautiful villa with stunning views. Hosts are great - next door if needed. Wonderful facilities including gas bbq."

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"Piccolo resort con piscina. Ottimi bure, spaziosi e puliti. Personale cortese. Pasti al ristorante annesso al resort vari e abbonanti, 20-30 FJD a piatto. Organizzano gite alle cascate (50 FJD + ingresso 50 FJD), alla lavena coastal walk (80 FJD + ingresso 35FJD) e uscite per snorkeling e diving. La spiaggia vicino alla struttura non è granché (per le fiji). A due passi dall'aeroporto e dal villaggio di matei dove ci sono un paio di supermercati"

"Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 (due famiglie) una settimana in questa struttura. E’ stato davvero fantastico, l’appartamento era molto grande e molto confortevole, le 4 camere da letto ognuna col proprio bagno, la cucina ed il soggiorno ampi e dotati di tutti i servizi. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, ogni giorno venivano fatte le pulizie e cambiati gli asciugamani. La piscina e la palestra sono un plus non da poco che rende la vacanza ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il ristorante, una sera servito direttamente a casa, trovandolo buono e onesto nel prezzo. Consigliata senza ombra di dubbio."

Faccio fatica a trovare difetti a questa struttura: negli accessori in cucina mancava un apribottiglie e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare ma è un dettaglio assolutamente trascurabile.

"Colazione buonissima, abbondante e in parte preparata al momento, quindi molto fresca. Franny, la titolare, è molto simpatica e accogliente. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere diversi luoghi in poco tempo. Oosterhout è una cittadina molto bella."

"Läget är fantastiskt och kontakten med ägaren fungerade väldigt bra. Villan fungerar utmärkt för 4 personer med egna badrum och stort kök och vardagsrum. Läget på stranden inbjuder till många härliga bad och strandpromenader."

Huset är lite slitet och skulle må bra av lite renovering och förnyelse. Men allt fungerar och det är välutrustat och städat.

"Căn hộ rất rộng, khu sinh hoạt chung rất phù hợp để tụ tập tự nấu ăn, ăn uống với nhau. Cảnh quan xung quanh rất đẹp, có xe chở đi, và được sử dụng nhiều dịch vụ khác trong khu. Có vài trang thiết bị hơi cũ, đã xuống cấp nhưng cũng đã được xử lý và vệ sinh tốt."

Không hỗ trợ đặt giường phụ (có nhưng tính phí), cảm thấy không hợp lý lắm vì không gian chung rất rộng mà kh thể ở thêm người.

"3층짜리 단독빌라로 넓고 환한 방이 2층에 3개, 3층에 2개, 화장실과 욕실도 2,3층에 있어서 7명이 쓰기에 너무 좋음. 1층은 넓은 거실과 정수기가 비치된 주방까지 흠 잡을 것이 없음."

시압바자르나 둘러볼만한 곳들이 위치한 곳과는 거리가 멀어 항상 얀덱스로 이동해야 하는 것이 불편함. 호스트가 미리 와이파이 이동 비용을 지불하지 않아 2일 (주말)내내 무료 와이파이를 사용하지 못함.

"It was calm and on the beachfront. Checkin was smooth. Has multiple things to keep kids engaged, Some facilities paid and others free. Location also has small grocery store."

There was problem with Internet connection.

"Das Haus liegt wunderschön abgelegen mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick vom Pool aufs Meer und die davorliegenden Hügel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Für Freizeitspaß steht eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Krökeltisch zur Verfügung. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!"

Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, wir empfehlen einen Automatikwagen, den man auf Martinique unserer Meinung nach aber sowieso mieten sollte. Das WLAN funktioniert leider nicht in allen Räumen, vielleicht könnte hier ein Repeater installiert werden.

"The location in Lance Aux Epines was excellent. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is large and well maintained, the furnishings are comfortable and it included everything we needed. Yare was very accommodating to our special requests and communication with her was the best we have had in all of our short term rentals anywhere. Samantha who met us on site on check-in was very also friendly and helpful."

The house provides good privacy, but this seemed to impede air flow for cross breezes leading to hot rooms if you don't purchase the additional air conditioning (e.g. Kitchen).
