Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Tutta l’area esterna del resort é tenuta benissimo con tantissimo personale a disposizione. Ci sarebbe piaciuto vivere maggiormente l’experience nel deserto: all’interno del resort, infatti, non si percepiva di essere in mezzo al deserto, che invece si trovava alle spalle delle camere. Sarebbe stato carino avere un dehor anche dal lato esterno, immerso pienamente tra le dune. In termini di attività, la struttura è un po’ carente, ci aspettavamo di poter fare escursioni e attività ogni ora, invece era possibile solo fare un’unica gita “safari” o un breve giro in quod (con prezzi abbastanza elevati); non erano disponibili, ad esempio, giri in cammello, per i quali era necessario andare in una station uscendo dal deserto, oppure passeggiate all’alba o tramonto. Anche nel resort sarebbe stato carino avere servizi quali massaggi, yoga, spettacoli serali o altre attività. Infine, la reception non è sempre stata proattiva. In questa stagione, c’erano, nel deserto in generale, tantissime mosche davvero fastidiose, ma lo staff ci ha aiutato fornendo spray e altri strumenti per scacciarle .

Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

"Bungalow ampio e ben arredato con cucina ben fornita. Magnifica vista sul fiordo. Ampio spazio disponibile intorno al bungalow. Possibilità di noleggiare barche a motore e canoe (si consiglia di verificare la disponibilità alla reception). La struttura è una buona base di partenza per le escursioni. Possibilità di raggiungere Risør in barca. La struttura dispone di un piccolo market."

A bit convoluted to get around the property until you get used to it

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

Wish we stayed longer.

"La struttura ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Il cibo era davvero buono, sia quello servito a buffet sia quello dei due ristoranti Senerata e Navigator (bellissimo anche per pranzo, affacciato sul mare). La camera rispettava le aspettative e il livello di pulizia era ottimo. Il resort è in generale ben curato e mantenuto. Con il servizio all inclusive era possibile mangiare e bere a qualsiasi ora della giornata, l'organizzazione era ottima. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di fare colazione anche prima dell'orario di apertura ufficiale, visto che una mattina siamo dovuti partire presto per un'escursione. Inoltre è molto buona la possibilità di avere un lunch box se si vuole trascorrere la giornata altrove."

Unica pecca del Resort è la spiaggia in cui si trova. Nonostane si possano vedere splendidi tramonti, non è purtroppo paragonabile alle bellissime spiagge dell'isola. L'accesso in mare è difficoltoso in quanto pieno di rocce e alghe, servono necessariamente le scarpe apposite. Anche come colori, non ha nulla a che vedere con l'azzurro cristallino che si trova nelle più famose Troux au Biches, le Morne o Flic En Flac.

"Lo que más me gustó de mi estancia en la cabaña fue la tranquilidad en el sector donde esta ubicada, por una parte esta cerca del centro de Punta de Tralca, pero a la vez esta emplazada en medio de un mini bosque de eucaliptos lleno de tranquilidad, además el lugar de las cabañas es precioso, lleno de jardines, áreas verdes y una hermosa fuente con nenúfares"

lo que podría mejorar es el hecho de que en la cabaña en la que me quedé había un gran ventanal el cual no tenía cortinas, por lo que la habitación se iluminaba mucho demasiado temprano, además de que la cama, aunque es de dos plazas, es más pequeña

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"Exceptional staff that turn this hotel into an unforgettable getaway. The whole place truly transports you somewhere else. The staff, coming from all over the Caribbean, were incredibly warm and friendly, making our stay feel genuinely special. The owner was fantastic—always present, talking with us, sharing stories, and really bringing them to life. It has been a delightful trip and a wonderful stay. We travelled with kids and it was the perfect set up. There are no real windows (only blinds and mosquito nets), so when the kids got loud, the neighbors could hear us. However room ventilation is really good, as there is a nice breeze at night. The location is also very convenient, well connected to both the north and the south. The food was surprisingly very good for a 4 night stay, breakfast was delicious. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. Would stay here every time I go back to Dominica."

The beach sand was a bit uncomfortable with lots of rocks and twigs.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."
