"Great for family, location was great all shopping center close by, supermarket and Mall. It felt like home l."

The wifi service wasn't not getting it in the apartment have to go out side.

"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

"It was like staying at someone’s home. V good, helpful staff and bed was v comfortable. The food was surprisingly decent for such a small place. Picturesque location even though snow was sparse at the time"

Only gripe might be that the air was quite dry, making sleep quality not so good: might be because of it being a wooden bldg

"Tende e struttura principale meravigliosamente arredate, personale super accogliente (un encomio speciale a Zied, grande professionista e gran bella persona), workshop e attività organizzate molto interessanti, a contatto con la natura, cibo servito eccezionale. Attenzione particolare a fare sentire gli ospiti in un ambiente protetto, senza orari prestabiliti per la cena e per la colazione... Un luogo dove prendersi del tempo, dove ascoltare i propri ritmi e staccare dalla frenesia della città."

La piscina era chiusa per manutenzione e non era segnalato da nessuna parte. Il prezzo è davvero molto molto alto, anche per lo standard europeo e nonostante il personale ci abbia omaggiati di alcuni workshop e un massaggio non so se vale veramente quanto costa.

"The people were so friendly and helpful. They gave us a free lift into town and back and answered all of our questions. The setting is beautiful next to the water with a lovely log cabin. I'd definitely stay again, especially in summer as it's a great alternative to Ciudad del Este."

It can be a bit cold if the weather isn't good.

"L'appartamento è delizioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e anche oltre il necessario. Arredato divinamente, molto confortevole. Non è sul mare (e lo sapevamo) ma sinceramente abbiamo molto apprezzato la tranquillità ed il silenzio. In macchina comunque si arriva ovunque in poco tempo. Se dovessimo tornare ad Aruba certamente non avremmo dubbi a riprenotare qui. Grazie di tutto!!!"

"Lodge in una bellissima posizione sotto la montagna, immersa nella natura e nella pace. Camera pulita e ben accessoriata, non mancava nulla Parcheggio sotterraneo coperto disponibile se non finiscono i posti. Molto apprezzato il balcone con vista sulla vallata"

Il check va fatto in un’altra struttura dove ti informano sul funzionamento delle varie chiavi per accedere, poi devi andare al tuo lodge in macchina e lì non c’è nessuna persona ad assisterti. La nostra camera aveva l’ingresso in comune con un’altra camera e ci abbiamo messo 15 minuti per trovarla. Se ci fosse una persona al desk nella struttura sarebbe più semplice fare il check in In più, il secondo giorno la tessera del parcheggio coperto non funzionava più

Room was a little bit smelly but it wasn’t a huge issue for us

Malheureusement été déçus par le jacuzzi qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est le point qui nous a le plus dérangés et qui a gâché le séjour car j'ai payé un supplément pour profiter de cette option avec mes enfants cela devait être une surprise. Je tiens tout de même à remercier le membre du personnel qui a tenté de faire une réparation. Malgré ses efforts et sa bonne volonté, le problème n'a pas pu être résolu. C'est dommage de ne pas avoir pu en profiter durant notre séjour.

"Everything. In summer, when the site is full of campers, the view from the cabin would be obscured by tents. But, end of September, when we visited, our view was green lawns sloping down to the river. Lovely."

Booking.com told us it was 7 miles from Vianden. It is not. 22-24 depending which route you choose. We had planned to go the 7 miles back to Vianden for dinner, but 22 winding miles? No.

"The position. I was very skeptical due to bad reviews on booking.com but I found a well maintained and peaceful place. I was staying in a superior room, so can’t comment on the standard ones."

"It was quirky and a lovely cosy space to base ourselves. Very close to the airport and next to the harbour in the town. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The loft bed was something different too and cosy and comfortable. The owner was great and friendly. We had absolutely no issues and hope to go again someday."

"The property was maintained well. Unfortunately, at times there were dog poop in the walk way. Thankfully that was later cleaned, but I hope the dogs can be poop in the bushes and not where the guest walks."

The female owner was not helpful when asked for a meal/something to eat outside of the lunch hour. Also, at times she was overheard having loud fusses that could have been done in private when the guests were not around.

"Beautiful views of Apia. We literally had the whole place to ourselves. It provided a calm quiet space that we didn't expect."

Unfortunately there were a few minor issues when we arrived, that eventually got sorted. Given the circumstances of the week prior & sending our condolences to the family, I'm not surprised things were a little off the mark. A broom in the unit be great to keep the floors free of bugs & dirt. We still loved our stay regardless.

"La struttura è nuovissima e ben arredata in stile Coloniale . Colazione in camera fatta sul terrazzino adorabile . I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili . Posizione fantastica perché tutto è raggiungile in circa 10/15 minuti di auto : i beach club piú belli , i ristoranti più interessanti , Gustavia e l’aeroporto . Pulizia giornaliera perfetta . Asciugamani grandi e morbidi . Grazie di tutto !"

"very good location uphill, very far from street noise. we enjoyed seaview and city lights at horizon, that fara we could see from the highest small house. we got some hammocks up there and were having fun next to the amazing nature whilst chilling on the balcony, thanks to guys who secured our stay"

"Posizione molto buona e vicina a tutto. Struttura molto carina, camera spaziosa ed è molto rilassante consumare la colazione all'aperto sulla terrazza dell'Hotel."

La nappa della doccia aveva quasi tutti i fori otturati quindi è stato difficile fare la doccia in tempi brevi dato ho i capelli lunghi.

"Nice hostel, a good choice if you are on a budget in Mestia. You can easily meet other trekkers. Quiet place, nice kitchen, clean bathroom with nice shower, big balcony + space outside."
