That Booking.com is proposing a property which is not available before April 2026. By doing so, I could have ended up on the island of Bequia on a Sunday night with nowhere to sleep.

"L'appartamento è abbastanza spazioso con una bellissima vista. L'host molto reattivo e disponibile :ci ha concesso il check in anticipato e il check out posticipato senza sovrapprezzo. Avevamo a disposizione anche una bici. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per i costi della Groenlandia (abbiamo pagato la metà di una soluzione analoga a kangerlussuaq)"

L'appartamento è decisamente trascurato nell'arredamento, vecchiotto e rovinato, necessita di una rivisitazione complessiva. . Poca e rovinata l'attrezzatura da cucina. Piuttosto sporco.

"Posizione ottima e ambiente pulito ben riscaldato confortevole."

"Appartamento graziosissimo a due minuti a piedi dal centro città, su due piani, con ampi spazi e luminosissimo. Zona vivacissima di giorno e di notte. Comunicazione ottima con la proprietaria che ci ha anche organizzato i trasporti in taxi nonostante la prenotazione all'ultimo momento."

Palazzo senza ascensore abbastanza fatiscente, zona rumorosa (ma ci sta essendo in centro), attenzione alla scala che non ha balaustre.
