"l'hotel è strepitoso, immerso nel verde con tanti ristoranti di cui 2 stellati michelin. inoltre perfetto per i bambini perchè ha 2 kids room enormi con gonfiabili, tappeti elastici, piscina di palline, scivoli e moltissimo altro. molto elegante per essere un family resort, veramente consigliato se si hanno bambini piccoli."

"First of all, the Lodge is absolutely beautiful. We loved the architecture and attention to detail in every corner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very warm and welcoming, especially Allan who made us feel truly cared for. Special thanks to Silvia for her wonderful management and for creating such a peaceful quiet and relaxing experience. "The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

Suggerirei di tagliare i rami delle piante che con il vento sbattono nel muro della camera . La notte era abbastanza fastidioso .

Palestra poco attrezzata. Piscina malcurata. Non tutto lo staff della reception parla inglese.

Camera spaziosa e letto king size con: minibar molto fornito, acqua di benvenuto, bollitore con tisane e caffè, set di cortesia con ciabatte, prodotti beauty, pettine, spazzolini e dentifricio, set cucito, calzascarpe. Servizio lavanderia, doppi cuscini comodissimi, doccia grande con panchetta, scalda salviette elettrico. Essendo il mio compleanno mi hanno portato in camera una fetta di torta con candelina. La colazione era ottima e molto fornita con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati e colazione continentale. La posizione è iper centrale e comoda anche all’aeroporto. Con 20€ a tratta puoi farti venire a prendere e portare in aeroporto da una macchina. Possibilità di fare il late check out fino alle 18, estremamente comodo se hai un volo in tarda serata. Presenza di spa e palestra. Ristorante interno molto valido con prodotti tipici e non"

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.
