No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Servizio lavanderia, doppi cuscini comodissimi, doccia grande con panchetta, scalda salviette elettrico. Essendo il mio compleanno mi hanno portato in camera una fetta di torta con candelina. La colazione era ottima e molto fornita con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati e colazione continentale. La posizione è iper centrale e comoda anche all’aeroporto. Con 20€ a tratta puoi farti venire a prendere e portare in aeroporto da una macchina. Possibilità di fare il late check out fino alle 18, estremamente comodo se hai un volo in tarda serata. Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Tra i servizi da menzionare una navetta che ti permette di raggiungere i luoghi più importanti, la zona piscina molto godevole e la cena BOMA che non dovete perdervi. Il punto forte la vista sulla pozza dove abbiamo avvistato elefanti, coccodrillo, impala, facoceri e molti avvoltoi (alle 13 pasto agli uccelli interessante) Unico neo, alcune camere andrebbero rimodernate e mantenute piu pulite"

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.
