Hotel in Palestina

"Colazione internazionale: sia salata che dolce: fresca e abbondante. Su richiesta ci è stata fornita anche la colazione senza glutine."

Peccato mancasse qualcosa, tipo lo yogurt. La signora della mattina purtroppo non parla inglese. Non vedere persone alla reception è sempre un po' strano, diventa non bello quando si spengono le luci della sala e non si sa come accenderle.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"L'hotel è ben situato, si arriva dall'aeroporto in 20min ed è centrale. E' spazioso con vari ristoranti. Il servizio è veramente top, il personale è molto disponibile e gentilissimo. La stanza è spaziosa con un grande bagno, molto pulito. La colazione è molto ricca. Lo raccomando al 100%"

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

"Spacious rooms. Great living area. Staff were responsive"

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Asciugamani troppi piccolini

"Ottima posizione appena fuori dal centro, vicino a stazione dei bus o ben raggiungibile in auto e comodo il parcheggio gratuito privato. Host molto gentili, camera enorme, nuova ed estremamente spaziosa. C'erano phon, ciabatte da bagno, ciabattine da camera, abbondante set da doccia e tutto veramente nuovo e ben curato. Letto comodissimo ed aria condizionata funzionante"

Leggero odore di fogna che veniva su dal water ma bastava chiudere la tavola e non si sentiva più. La porta del bagno non si chiudeva perfettamente ma non era importante. Qualche pelo sulle coperte purtroppo, ma il soggiorno è stato veramente gradevole!

"Personale cordiale e gentilissima, disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Posto nel cuore della città con i mezzi pubblici a due passi e la moschea blu praticamente attaccata all' Hotel . Ottimo prezzo . La colazione buona con prodotti locali e, inoltre , le torte fatte direttamente dal personale in loco. La vista è spettacolare. Lo consiglio a tutti"

"l'hotel è strepitoso, immerso nel verde con tanti ristoranti di cui 2 stellati michelin. inoltre perfetto per i bambini perchè ha 2 kids room enormi con gonfiabili, tappeti elastici, piscina di palline, scivoli e moltissimo altro. molto elegante per essere un family resort, veramente consigliato se si hanno bambini piccoli."

forse le stanze sono da ristrutturare, ma nel complesso tutto pulito ed in ordine

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. Un séjour d'une nuit en tout point remarquable."

Camere da modernizzare. Alcune si sono rivelate rumorose per la presenza di un locale dove c era musica. Meglio scegliere le camere ai piani più alti

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"Siamo stati accolti con il sorriso...e con liquore di ben venuto. Ci hanno fatto fare una piacevole visita alla cantina anche se non l' avevamo prenotata, abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione in un contesto verde e molto rilassante. Le camere sono semplici. Siamo stati molto bene."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.
