"Food was ok, the staff was amazing and made you feel extremely welcome, this was the first time staying at this hotel, and I have just re-booked for next year. The hotel was quite, but had it lively time with live music. Enjoyed myself so much. Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner."

The lighting in the room could have been better.

L’unica cosa negativa che non mi ha permesso di dare 10 sono i Masai insistenti sulla spiaggia.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

Servizio lavanderia, doppi cuscini comodissimi, doccia grande con panchetta, scalda salviette elettrico. Essendo il mio compleanno mi hanno portato in camera una fetta di torta con candelina. La colazione era ottima e molto fornita con prodotti tipici sia dolci che salati e colazione continentale. La posizione è iper centrale e comoda anche all’aeroporto. Con 20€ a tratta puoi farti venire a prendere e portare in aeroporto da una macchina. Possibilità di fare il late check out fino alle 18, estremamente comodo se hai un volo in tarda serata. Camere da modernizzare. Alcune si sono rivelate rumorose per la presenza di un locale dove c era musica. Meglio scegliere le camere ai piani più alti

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

L'hotel è piuttosto vecchietto senza ascensore . La moquete sulle scale è da cambiare

"Siamo stati accolti con il sorriso...e con liquore di ben venuto. Ci hanno fatto fare una piacevole visita alla cantina anche se non l' avevamo prenotata, abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione in un contesto verde e molto rilassante. Le camere sono semplici. Siamo stati molto bene."
