We didn't expect that "shared kitchen" means that the host is actually living and sleeping at the kitchen, but as we stayed for one night it was not a problem.

"Malaki and his family were great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Sorted out lots of things for us with no fuss, even though we booked last minute and had limited planning. We had some good laughs! Good view of volcano, and hear the rumbling! Simple and authentic ni-Van accommodation."

Malaki still had a few things to finish... eg switching for solar lights and some plumbing... but we were 2nd guests, so it will be more complete for next guests

We were just abit surprised in the beginning that it was a shared house....so maybe just a clearer description online

"Super kind and helpful hosts (speak Spanish, English and French). Very big and well equipped rooms, hammocks and comfy seats to relax in the tropical garden, with various plants and trees... A restaurant just next door and a supermarket in short walking distance... only 15min to the airport... Very comfy bed and warm water shower... Would highly recommend this place!"

"Appena fuori dalla strada che percorre l'isola, è un Homestay molto tranquillo e ben gestito. Buone le camere, senza eccessi. Pulite e tutto sommato confortevoli. Staff estremamente gentile, è stato capace di venire incontro ad ogni richiesta e desiderata. Buona la cucina, seppur poco varia. Molto buono la colazione."

Menu migliorabile nella scelta. Bagni/Servizi di livello molto basic e andrebbero migliorati.

"Beautiful house and garden. Lot of trees. Nice pool. Room was comfortable. Back up generator for powercuts was great. Quiet area, close to the sea. Nice owner."

When arrive, bed sheets were used. We needed to change them ourselves. No cleaning servise. The mainhouse kitchen was only allowed for small cooking like eggs. If wanted to cook food, needed to go outside kitchen. There was no fan or pots, all needed to take there from main kitchen. Very unconvinient and hot to cook there. We were accused from staff and other customer stealing her mobile. Phone was found in her room where she had put it under her blanket. That really upset us. Owners were nice thou and apologize us.

"Very nice and special place, 15 min from the town (it's a beautiful walk along the beach). Placed tight at the beach. Very beautiful common areas with a great unique vibe. Eggs, onions and garlic for cooking available, coffee too. Andres is always around, very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere. Beautiful stars in the night."

You can only charge your electronic devices if you give them to Andres (which is easy enough though because he is around a lot). And it's understandable given the location of the hostel.

"La casa è accogliente, comoda e l’host gentilissimo. È una tipica casa del posto su più livelli con una cucina in condivisione bel attrezzata. I bagni non sono in camera ma sostanzialmente sul nostro piano c’era solo la nostra camera quindi il bagno di quel piano lo usavamo solo noi. La nostra stanza era grandissima con 4 finestre con una bella vista, 3 letti una grande divano con penisola e un comodo tavolo per 4 persone. Al piano di sotto sono presenti anche una lavatrice e un’asciugatrice utilizzabili. Consigliatissima"

"Chez Fabien on n'a pas l'impression d'être des locataires, mais des amis accueillis à bas ouverts. Fabien veille à tout, à la propreté, au bien être. Il conseille sur les promenades à faire, sur les choses à faire et à voir."

Tout était vraiment parfait. Si nous devons repartir en Guyane nous savons où aller.

La durata del soggiorno troppo breveee occorre tornare!

"In quanto guest house, l'interazione con il proprietario è essenziale, ma la voglia di comunicare anche con una barriera linguistica (russo/italiano) ha permesso che non ci fosse nessun problema durante la nostra permanenza. La stanza è impeccabile, ma il punto forte della struttura è il bagno (in comune): sempre pulitissimo, profumato e splendente. La posizione è buona, in un quartiere residenziale ma a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal mausoleo di Tamerlano. La colazione non è inclusa nel prezzo, ma può essere richiesta per un costo extra."

"My room was wonderful, airy, comfortable, clean with touches of local culture. Kevin was an excellent host, always cheerful, smiling, helpful. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. The verandas are perfect. It was a great opportunity to stay amidst the local indigenous culture."

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"We had a truly great stay at Vila Davor, Turistička 8- Peštani. The location is phenomenal, at least in our case with small children, because the apartment is less than 10 meters from the private beach with sunbeds. In same house there is a beach bar and kayak and sup board rental. There is a supermarket and several restaurants of national cuisine nearby. As for sightseeing, the entire area around the lake and the Galicica National Park are a 15-20 minute drive away. The host is pleasant and ready to help in any way that would make the stay more pleasant (cheers Mishko). The house is a little bit older, but the apartment is clean and tidy. The kitchen is shared and with basic things as it is noted in the offer so that is not a complaint. It is a bit more difficult to park if you have a large vehicle, but the host can find you a safe and large parking lot in the immediate vicinity. And the biggest plus at least for us- they are pet friendly."

"She is one of the sweetest persons I ever met in Bhutan. The room was neat and clean and it was a very nice homestay. She took care of me and my friends so well. If you qre in Punakha, I would recommend to take her homestay rather than going to any hotel"

"Posizione eccellente, a piedi si arriva a una piccola caletta. L'abitazione si trova tra due delle più belle spiagge di Grande Terre (Gosier e Saint Anne). Ci ha accolto un'amica di Marie Pierre, e ci siamo subito sentiti come a casa. È stata una bellissima settimana, peccato il tempo sia volato. Speriamo di poter tornare presto e di conoscere meglio Marie Pierre. Purtroppo era in ferie e ci siamo incrociati solo di sfuggita al suo rientro."
