We ordered urta - the kazakh national house for living but the temperature was + 11 degrees above zero only, for south people it’s too cold for summer, thus we asked the administrator to change the place of living , she agreed but the room was only for two people not for four and the prices were different, urta costs 38.000 tg, the room- 25000, and administrator didn’t return the difference.

I love Pitahaya's focus on sustanability and eco traveling, the exclusion of single use water bottles (BRAVO) and attention to composting and recycling. This is something rarely seen on the island and greatly needed. The mattress in the tent was very comfortable and I absolutely loved showing under the stars. A great way to camp if you are unable to bring your personal camp gear or are simply looking for a more comfortable camping experience."

The main light in our tent would only last for a few seconds. We weren't aware that it was motion activated and that made it challenging to play board games and read at night.

Non ci sono altri Camp nelle immediate vicinanze e si gode di una buona pace e tranquillità. La struttura offre cena e colazione di ottima qualità e i ragazzi hanno anche suonato attorno al fuoco dopo la cena. Organizzano anche giri in cammello a richiesta. Super raccomandato per un’esperienza del genere, lo staff è disponibilissimo anche su whatsapp prima dell’arrivo per chiarire dubbi o organizzare attività."

Il posto potrebbe avere più possibilità di illuminazione fuori (piccole lucine). Alcune lucine a bateria non funzionavano all'interno della struttura e si faceva fatica di camminare in buio senza sbagliare passo. Non aspettavamo che la strada verso il nostro soggiorno fosse molto bucata e con tanti sassi, e stretta. Avevamo un po' di paura guidare la macchina visto che non era molto adatta e purtroppo l'abbiamo graffiata un po' per la colpa dei rametti che uscivano su strada
