Hotel in Bosnia-Erzegovina

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

Everything was perfect.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

The breakfast a bit poor

"The room is spacious and it is clean mostly, that's important. The AC & appliances works well, includes the bathroom and water pressure. Two good beaches are in walking distance from this hotel, as well as some good eateries."

The shower place is bit smaller, the mirror is made of wooden frame which the paint is dropping off. Not enough sand catching carpet at the lift lobby or corridor.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

Camere ampie e pulite, nonostante la moquette sui pavimenti. La dotazione degli accessori forniti ai clienti nel bagno per la toiette e l'igiene personale non e' adeguata allo standard dell'hotel. Rapporto qualità--prezzo eccellente prenotando con grande anticipo"

Colazione continentale con scelte molto ampie e qualità più che buona dei prodotti. Il personale di sala a volte sembrava un po' impacciato nel comprendere anche in lingua inglese le nostre scelte. C'è stata un po' di comprensibile difficoltà nel gestire il servizio una mattina che tra le 6 e le 8 si sono presentati moltissimi turisti a colazione subito prima della partenza dei tour. In questo senso, forse converrebbe offrire un programma orientativo di prenotazione dell'orario di accesso dalla sera prima, in modo tale che il servizio ai tavoli e le dotazioni del buffet non siano mai carenti

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

"Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity."

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"We have enjoyed the bedroom, bathroom, bar, pool, outdoor facilities. During our stay, we appreciated the quality of services and reception by the staff."

The weakest part of the hotel is the restaurant catering for breakfasts and all meals: the place that looks like a canteen, is not welcoming. The prices for food are for too expensive. The food is good quality. Spiritless Hotel as it feels very empty.

"La struttura è molto bella e ben posizionata, la vista è meravigliosa! Le camere sono grandi, molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione a buffet, inclusa con la camera, offre una vasta scelta di opzioni dolci e salate di ottima qualità. Il personale è fantastico, molto professionale e disponibile, tutti molto educati e sorridenti, un vero valore aggiunto! Ho avuto un imprevisto con il mio volo di ritorno (annullato il giorno prima dalla compagnia) e sono stati molto reattivi e disponibili nell'aiutarmi a trovare una soluzione. Assolutamente consigliato!"
