Campeggi di lusso in Senegal

"Posizione stupenda, in mezzo al deserto e sul mare! Cena e colazione ottime e varie!"

Il bagno era veramente datato e rovinato, rubinetti arrugginiti! Capisco che essendo di fronte al mare l’usura sia più veloce ma in una struttura di questo calibro andrebbe rinnovato!

"Il posto è molto bello, le persone sono gentili e sorridenti (cosa non scontata visto che siamo stati in un altro campo yurta e in una guest house sui monti e sono tutti serissimi e interessati a venderti qualche escursione). Il cibo è ottimo e abbondante. La yurta era pulita ed anche i bagni."

"Tenda spaziosa, ben arredata e molto pulita. Cena a lume di candela (un po’ cara) e visita serale nella foresta in opzione. Staff ospitale, struttura ben tenuta e sicura. Vicino all’ingresso del Parco."

"The entire setup was gorgeous. Felt like a true camp. They added a lovely touch by providing big kettle in a common area which was on simmer heat with unlimited Jordanian tea. We opted for a dinner as well which was extra. Dinner buffet had a nice selection of salads and dips. They only offered one lamb, one chicken and one rice with potatoes dish. Lamb was delicious from a buffet standard. Chicken was too dry which was a shame as falvour was nice. Rice and potatoes were decent too. Only thing is they should include atleast water in buffet as standard. Lastly location seems be right on the edge of wadi rum dessert. It's about 40 mins drives from wadi rum village."

We had a buddle tent. It was modern and looks very elegant. However the floor of bubble tent was a bit dusty. I am not sure weather this was because of lack of cleaning or bubble tents are not perfectly sealed. Other than that our bathroom had no shower certain. So when one person took a shower entire bathroom got flooded. They did provide us with a floor wiper when we requested it. If they install a shower certain or shower glass, this bathroom would be perfect. Lastly we didn't get hot water. Apparently, you need to request the reception who then switch on the boiler. Given there are no phones inside the room, one has to go all the way to reception to get hot water turned on.

"Russel and Verena are exceptional hosts, very entertaining and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent evening meal, breakfast delivered picnic style to our tent. Very private in the bush, loved it. Highly recommended"

"La yurta molto curata, spaziosa e pulita. Mangiare nei prati al tramonto, dormire in una yurta (abbastanza lontana dalla strada da sembrare immersa nel verde), essere circondati dai cavalli e vivere un'esperienza un po' piu' a contatto con la natura, e' favoloso. Ovviamente non e' un hotel a 5 stelle con bagno in camera, quindi uno si deve aspettare una tenda (comunque confortevole), con una latrina a fossa come wc (comunque tenuto bene in una casettina di legno) - miei figli erano a meta' schifati e a meta' affascinati! :D Abbiamo anche potuto ordinare a domicilio la cena da un ristornate della zona (tutto organizzato dai proprietari della yurta)"

"Tranquillità e isolamento totale dalla città Vicino alla natura"

Il posto potrebbe avere più possibilità di illuminazione fuori (piccole lucine). Alcune lucine a bateria non funzionavano all'interno della struttura e si faceva fatica di camminare in buio senza sbagliare passo. Non aspettavamo che la strada verso il nostro soggiorno fosse molto bucata e con tanti sassi, e stretta. Avevamo un po' di paura guidare la macchina visto che non era molto adatta e purtroppo l'abbiamo graffiata un po' per la colpa dei rametti che uscivano su strada

"Esperienza unica. Dome super confertevole con ogni servizio per sentirsi coccolati. Caminetto con legna tagliata pronta all’uso, acqua e bollitore. La colazione ha tutto il necessario, in più ci hanno portato nella dome una cioccolata calda ed il caffè come sveglia del buongiorno. Consigliatissimo. Ps anche il personale super gentile e disponibile Una realtà fantastica"

"Non un semplice alloggio, ma una esperienza nel deserto tendente al luxury. Pulizia impeccabile e cibo delizioso sia a cena che a colazione"

"Ė stato tutto perfetto. Tutto molto pulito. Abbiamo dormito benissimo. Lo ricorderemo come il miglior letto di tutta la vacanza! I bambini si sono molto divertiti anche quando siamo usciti a vedere i castori!"

The staff was kind of noisy in the morning, especially by the kitchen.

There was not enough space to stay with children. Showers needs renovation. Tents are too close to each other, so during the night you can hear everything.
