"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

The kitchen could use a microwave oven The curtains in the bedrooms should be washed.. they smelled musty please provide English instructions on how to use the laundry machine

"Struttura pulita, l'appartamento è grande e spazioso; il gestore molto gentile e disponibile ci ha preparato anche un'ottima cena e mi ha permesso di usare la cucina per fare da mangiare alla mia bimba di un anno. Abbiamo conosciuto anche Aymen, un ragazzo del posto che la mattina ci ha fatto da guida per la città vecchia."

Purtroppo essendo gennaio l'appartamento era freddo e non è abbastanza riscaldato ma con temperature più miti è perfetto!

Boiler troppo piccolo, per cui si ha acqua calda solo per una manciata di minuti.

"Llegamos con las indicaciones pero no teniamos red para pedir o avisar por las llaves. Justo vi los datos en el mail y en la puerta del dpto pude conectarme a wi fi y nos contactamos con el anfitrion. Todo excelente !!!"

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente, el 4to día. Esperabamos un resarcimiento. Si bien dijimos que no habia problemas, no era el servicio que habiamos contratado.

El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."

No complaints. All was well.

"Marcella e molto amichevole (parla anche un po' di italiano), risponde molto velocemente, soprattutto usando la chat di booking. Puoi usare tranquillamente la cucina o farti il caffè senza problemi. Cuscini migliori di quelli in hotel. Ricordate che la city tax si paga cash."

I problemi di questa permanenza sono 100% frutto di errori miei. Vaduz è piccola, ma il posto è effettivamente lontano dalla fermata degli autobus (20 minuti con la mia camminata, quindi direi 30 per una per una persona normale). Essendo il Lichtenstein fuori dal roaming, è meglio scaricarsi la mappa prima. E se non vi piace camminare, chiedete a Marcella come arrivare con l'autobus cittadino.

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

We had some problems with the door that never worked for the whole stay but the reception staff was helpful
