"Staff molto disponibile, colazione servita al tavolo molto buona e abbondante (principalmente salata)"

Un po' difficile da trovare, la posizione su Google è corretta ma non c'è nessun cartello o insegna all'esterno

"la posizione è comoda,a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro,la camera era carina e accogliente,sul pianerottolo era presente un bollitore con tè e tisane e una macchinetta del caffè."

la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare,il bagno non veniva pulito a dovere e dopo le pulizie si sono dimenticati di rimettere un asciugamano piccolo.

"Posizione, pulizia e cortesia dello staff. La struttura si trova praticamente a meno di 10 minuti da qualsiasi luogo di Fujairah in auto o taxi, pur essendo fuori dalle strade del centro."

Il wifi è la cosa peggiore…. Ti colleghi, velocità non alta ma appena il dispositivo va in standby devi ricollegarti, se cambi piano devi ricollegarti, se rientri dopo un escursione devi ricollegarti. Il secondo aspetto negativo è l’acqua GELIDA della piscina, veramente ghiacciata, e non siamo riusciti a capire il perché. Altri amici erano in altre strutture con piscina e grazie al sole bello caldo l’acqua delle loro vasche era perfetta.

"Simples e aconchegante, quarto tamanho médio, frigorífico em ótimas condições, jarra elétrica no quarto, há 6 chás 2 águas, a cama era confortável, macia, lençóis brancos, macio e pareciam bem limpos, toalhas brancas limpas e cheirosas, o quarto parecia limpo, TV em ótimo funcionamento, fácil acesso, fácil contato com administradores, 1km do centro mais ou menos. Casa de banho em bom estado, parecia limpo, com sabonete e tapete a água quente boa."

O chuveiro, pode melhorar a ducha.

"The kindness of Elen and John was above and beyond what you could ever expect . Elen made us an excellent dinner . She also let us keep our room through the next day so that we had somewhere to return to to shower after a day out ( our flight home was in the evening) . These are good people."

There was nothing we didn't like.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

Le lenzuola e le trapunte troppo piccole e troppo corte per un letto matrimoniale. Mi sono svegliato durante la notte infreddolito. È sorprendente in quanto colei che gestisce è minuziosamente attenta ad ogni cosa. Peccato perché sarebbe stato un 10 come punteggio

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"Camera funzionale per quattro persone. con affaccio sul giardino interno (con i grappoli di uva maturi!). Bagno bello. Struttura tipica Uzbeca con bel giardino interno e spazi comuni funzionali. Colazione molto buona, sia dolce che salata, casalinga. Parcheggio per auto a nolo su strada principale, sempre disponibile. A due passi dal Registan. Camera disponibile subito al nostro arrivo, alle 7 del mattino: un gran vantaggio dopo un lungo volo aereo. Acqua di cortesia all'arrivo (1/2 litro a testa al giorno) e coffee/tea making facilities. Disponibilità di un frigo in stanza, comodo."

"Ci è piaciuto molto l’interno . Era come stare a casa con tutto l’indinspensabike. Non abbiamo visitato molto l’esterno perché pioveva. Abbiamo apprezzato il parcheggio davanti la porta, Wi-Fi gratis e un accogliente appartamento. Buoni sconti per visitare San Marino. Libreria molto ampia. Ottimo per una vacanza di molti giorni."

un po' di rumore poiché vicino alla strada, ma solo al mattino, inoltre le finestre sono di ottima qualità e isolano bene il rumore

"We got our room on the ground floor with a nice garden view. There are chairs in front of the room that we can use to enjoy afternoon sun and the garden. Good breakfast, sufficient choices, fresh and tasty. About 10 minutes drive to the nearby beaches, supermarket"

The property was great and Saritas daily fresh bread made breakfast delicious . Sadly Sharron only arrived at the end of our stay she was a mine of local knowledge and would have been great to tap into

"Laid back, pretty isolated location."

Living room floor was oily.

"We loved our time at Malcolm Lodge. It was perfectly located on such beautiful grounds. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. Paulette went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and allowed us to have friends over that we hadn't seen in 15 years. We were made to feel very welcome."

Il problema è che no si può pagare con la carta di credito, questo è stato un problema. In banca non si riesce a prelevare, all Aeroporto idem, son dovuto andare all Hotel Sheraton perché hanno un ATM. Non è finita qui... porto i dinari in hotel ma non va bene perché loro con il cambio ufficiale ci rimettono. E volevano un cambio che dicevano loro... avrei dovuto aggiungere altre 150 euro.. ok alla fine gli ho fatto fare un bonifico dalla società dove lavoro...

"Essa foi a melhor estadia q ja fiquei em São Paulo, a marli é um amor, seu esposo tbm é super receptivo, o quarto é bem confortável e muito limpo, o banheiro tbm é muito limpo, a casa é aconchegante e familiar, sem falar na localização q é ótima, próximo ao mercado e ao metrô. Fiquei a vontade e me sentindo em casa mesmo,a marli tbm prepara um café da manhã com muito carinho ,eu e meu esposo com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades."

Bathroom has mouldy smell, so needs to open window for ventilation. The building doesn’t have elevator, so if you have big luggage, it will be an issue to move your luggage.

"Una stanza perfetta per chi desidera una vacanza all’insegna del relax e del mare. La posizione è ottima: in un centro turistico curato e sorvegliato. L’ambiente è luminoso e accogliente, se pur con poco spazio, con arredi confortevoli. Dalla stanza si respira un’atmosfera di tranquillità, ideale per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. La nostra padrona di casa è stata molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Consigliato."

"The house is in a glorious position overlooking the harbour on one side and open sea on the other with a lovely deck and swimming pool. Federica, the house keeper is helpful and cooks a good breakfast and other meals as requested. Bedrooms are rustic but clean and overall the house is peaceful and quiet but with enough guests to enjoy conversation if you want to."

As other reviews say, the road leading to the house is diabolical but it slows speeding down.

"Used as a base as we were visiting family , so a good location for that. Fairly quiet location & only 15 minutes stroll to Front St . Owner wasn’t seen but was easily contactable by mobile. Basic accommodation but clean and tidy."

Property in need of a refresh which I believe they are in the process of doing .

"Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

"A hotel on a mountain with a great view. Friendly staff. One of the closest to the international airport. The rooms are large, with beautiful furniture. The price is affordable"

"Comfortable, quiet and safe well appointed villa/ B&B in suburb of Belize City. Francoise, the owner. has been resident in Belize for many years and takes a personal interest in her guests’ stays. Staff are great. Restaurant nearby. $10 taxi ride to the city centre."

Nothing. Good accommodation options are limited around Belize City and the airport and this is a great choice.

"Great accommodation in “middle of nowhere”. Quiet place with superb rooms, brand new. Fully equipped kitchen available. Proactive and nice receptionist! I wish to stay there more than one night!"

"1) Perfect location for those who want to explore the island, stay away from the tourist hot spot and experience “real” Aruba. 2) The house is very atmospheric and cozy, with lots of wooden furniture, an old wooden staircase that creaks charmingly, and a balcony from where you can observe iguanas on a large ficus tree just a few meters away. 3) Ingrid is an amazing host and a lovely person. She gave us great travel advice and was there when needed, without being intrusive. 4) Breakfast was just amazing!"

No hot water didn’t come as a surprise since we had read the reviews. Even though it’s common in Aruba, it’s worth mentioning.

We liked absolutely everything. We could list many more things we liked like the swimming pool which is long enough to swim into and warm.

"Maguy and her husband are excellent hosts. Very friendly, breakfast is a lovely surprise every day with local fruit and dishes, made with love. Peaceful, quiet place where you find your peace. With only 2 rooms you almost are alone in the property and the swimmingpool. As we had our flight in the evening we could enjoy the whole day of the facilities. Magnificent view, a little paradise on earth. The room is very spacious with ensuite bathroom. If we can mention one thing to improve: the shower needs a renovation. Further on make sure you have good products to keep the mosquitos away. But absolutely no reason to stay away from this quiet little gem!"

"Nel complesso un giudizio più che positivo! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Basico ma pulito e molt ocomodo per esplorare la città e sopratutto per l'aereoporto. Lo staff e il propietario davvero gentilissimi, e sempre molto disponibili per qualsiasi piccolo problema. Lo consiglio vivamente. La posizione è molto comoda anche per la sera, inquanto a pochi passi ci sono molti ristorantini, bar e locali dove poter cenare, bere qualcosa e piccoi centri commerciali per lo shopping. Di sicuro sarà il mio riferimento ad Addis"
