The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach and within easy walking distance of the town's main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll along the Mole and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks. The guy at reception messed up my check-out. He couldn't find my booking, said I must have done it privately, and even asked me what my room rate was! Then I told him it was on booking.com again and he said fine, you can go, (presumably cos my credit card guaranteed payment?) Then as I was about to go to the airport he called me back and said you still need to pay. But this is a fabulous place. That was just a minor frustration.

"La gentilezza di Veena per tutto quanto richiesto a partire dall'accoglienza a mezzanotte per il volo in ritardo, rent the car e guida notturna da Kingston a Ocho Rios e varie altre richieste sempre soddisfatte. La posizione super: vicino alla spiaggia, shop e ristoranti"

L'esterno delle torri è molto accogliente e con piscina, ma la struttura, se fosse rinnovata, sarebbe di lusso con camere e soggiorno molto spaziosi.

The only downside was the lack of basic hygiene items like towels and soap. Overall, a great place to stay!

Pulito, luminoso e spaziono senza contare una buona dose di "stile" nel decorare l'interno dell'appartamento. Si trova inoltre al piano terra, rendendo facile l'accesso anche con grandi valigie. Le finestre credo siano insonorizzate, visto che siamo riusciti a dormire perfettamente senza il fastidio delle macchine. Inoltre, il chek-in in autonomia è stato facile e le indicazioni comunicate tramite Whatsapp in largo anticipo e con grande chiarezza. Super consigliato!"

"The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday."

"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

"A very nice and well equipped apartment on the 8th floor. The young lady who represented the owners was very helpful and nice about everything. The lady who was responsible for cleaning did a superb job."

As I have a problem with a leg I wrote the owners beforehand to be assured that access to the apartment was easy and was informed that it was, however, when we arrived it turned out that we first had to access one building and take a lift four floors and then walk a bit to access the building with the apartment. It should also be mentioned that there was a problem with the lock on the door leading out to the street, and it was often difficult to open from the outside. For the first three nights we were assigned an other apartment one floor below that was not up to standard at all. We were, however granted a discount for the inconvenience. We had not been informed about this beforehand. The television in the apartment did not work, and was not fixed during our stay. The apartment was on the eight floor and there was no sign for emergency exit on the floor. The owners lived in Italy and all contact with them was through the young lady representing them in Mindelo.

Attrezzature della cucina più che scarna (no cucchiaini, piatto fondi, una pentola piccola per scaldare del latte) e lì non c'è acqua calda. Se volete mangiare fuori sempre, va benissimo come appartamento

"I cannot recommend this place enough. It was exactly what we were looking for and 1000 times better than the hotel we stayed in the night before for a similar price. It was beautifully decorated, so clean and comfortable, had everything you could need and was in a good location. Don't stay anywhere else, this is the best place in Libreville!"
