"Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très gentils et la communication avec Mme Gisela était excellente. L'appartement était très joli, tout propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé."

"l'Hotel è in una buona posizione per chi vuole soggiornare a Colombo per qualche giorno (nel nostro caso 2). Non esattamente in centro che però è raggiungibile in pochi minuti con uno dei tanti Tuktuk a disposizione. La camera scelta era molto spaziosa (soggiorno, 2 camere, 2 bagni, cucina). Comodo il supermarket al piano terra. Ottimo il ristorante sul tetto. Comodo il late checkout"

L'esterno delle torri è molto accogliente e con piscina, ma la struttura, se fosse rinnovata, sarebbe di lusso con camere e soggiorno molto spaziosi.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

The starting time for breakfast should be honoured.

"The apartment complex was in a fabulous location and it was nice to have a living area downstairs and a garden area as extra space (though we didn't end up using either much). The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was lovely too - excellent mountain views."

It would have been nice to have a bit more information about how you hire bikes and use the laundry (both had a charge) provided in the folder in the flat, but Edi was very good at replying to our questions.

I used a single room and there were not enough sockets . There were 2 bed side lamps and one didn't have a socket to plug in. I have to put the kettle on the floor. There was an extension wire, where tv,fridge etc were pluged in . Not very professional. More socket points in appropriate places will improve the standards.

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

"Spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and pillows. Great pool. Hotel is set back from the road, so nice And quite. good secure parking. Two great beaches nearby. Next door to a good supermarket. Freddie and staff very helpful"

The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"This is my second time staying at Mei Place and it’s been an absolute pleasure. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are cleaned every day. It’s very spacious and has a beautiful garden and rooftop with a pool. There’s even room to store food and drinks in the fridges and depending on which accommodation you book there’s even kitchens that you can use. It’s also located close to nyali center and the beach and a lot of nice restaurants! Well worth the price and I’d always recommend staying here."

"Convenient, clean, spacious, basic accom with a kitchen, and good value. Host was responsive to requests and minor issues.It was cool enough at night with just fans."

Some more information about laundry options. Hot water was not working in our unit. So pending repair this was accommodated with option of moving into another apartment or using the bathroom for showers in that one, which was your preference. It would be nice to have some bedside lights.

"Sean our host was super accomodating and made us feel comfortable in a home away from home over the Christmas period. Sean met us the airport, provided our daily breakfast and assisted us with bookings and provided his local knowledge through out stay. :-)...."
