"l'Hotel è in una buona posizione per chi vuole soggiornare a Colombo per qualche giorno (nel nostro caso 2). Non esattamente in centro che però è raggiungibile in pochi minuti con uno dei tanti Tuktuk a disposizione. La camera scelta era molto spaziosa (soggiorno, 2 camere, 2 bagni, cucina). Comodo il supermarket al piano terra. Ottimo il ristorante sul tetto. Comodo il late checkout"

L'arredamento delle camere potrebbe rinnovato. Wi-fi non proprio performate

"I loved the resort, everyone is nice, food was good and good service, room was cleaned daily, had a one bedroom and it was spacious and comfortable. Pool were beautiful. Location was ok, shuttle to beaches which is a great touch, 25 min to palm downtown or 13$ cab. Safe! Would return"

I would have liked if they separate the kids from the pool bar area to the other pool .

"Very clean apartment, the beds were clean and the mattresses were firm and good. The apartment had everything we needed. The fress bread from the petrol station next to the apartment was very yummy!!"

Attrezzature della cucina più che scarna (no cucchiaini, piatto fondi, una pentola piccola per scaldare del latte) e lì non c'è acqua calda. Se volete mangiare fuori sempre, va benissimo come appartamento

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

"Καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης, σε μικρή απόσταση από Σύνταγμα, Ερμού, Μοναστηράκι, Πλάκα και Κολωνάκι. Όμορφη διακόσμηση και διάθεση βασικού εξοπλισμού."

Ανυπόφορος θόρυβος τη νύχτα, εξαιτίας νεανικού club που λειτουργεί από κάτω. Χρειάζεται επειγόντως ισχυρή ηχομόνωση για περιορισμό του προβλήματος.

"The host and hostess were very kind and helped us check in almost close to midnight. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were simple and clean."

Missed an on-site restaurant and had to drive almost six kms away for decent breakfast. The Wifi could be better. The approach road is accessible only by a off roader 4x4.

"L'appartamento è di grandi dimensioni e ben distribuito nei locali. Cucina con tutti gli accessori necessari. Gli arredi buoni che soddisfano le necessità degli avventori. La posizione ottima e centrale, leggermente defilata dalla via centrale quel tanto che basta per essere tranquilli, ma in due minuti sei nella piazza del municipio."

Il bagno è cieco, ma per una vacanza è comunque un'ottima soluzione

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

"La habitación es muy cómoda, se siente limpio y el buen mantenimiento. La TV tenía Netflix por lo que no tuve que molestarme en buscar mi propia cuenta. Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

Piscina in terrazza al pomeriggio rimane perennemente all'ombra, l'acqua è alta circo 50cm quindi praticamente solo per bambini. Ci sono 3 vasche idromassaggio, ma impraticabili perché l'acqua è a 38° impossibile starci dentro.

"Hotel ben collegato appena fuori dal centro ma comunque in zona comoda con ampio parcheggio, camera provvista di tutti i comfort necessari e pulita, servizio di check-in self-service comodissimo. Molto approvato."

Se devo trovare una pecca è che purtroppo all’interno della camera c’era davvero molto caldo e non abbiamo trovato il modo di regolare il termosifone.
