Aparthotel a Saint-Martin

"la posizione è senz'altro nel cuore di miraflores quartiere turistico. Colazione buona. Wifi ottima. Vista dall'alto piacevole. La stanza molto grande, tipo loft. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Valido anche il deposito bagagli. Letto enorme."

La vasca grande ma un po' datata. Un po' di rumore pur essendo al 14 piano non c'è molto insonorizzazione con l'esterno.

"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

La pulizia era un po' scadente, una delle stanze molto piccola; inoltre il nome sulla struttura era Ocean beach, invece di Ocean breeze creando un po' di confusione.

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo e la doccia praticamente non esiste. Inevitabile quindi bagnare tutto quando ci si lava, dal pavimento al wc. La stanza è scura.

"Per poter mantenere il paradiso tale, i proprietari di casa prestano molto tempo alla cura degli spazi. La stessa attenzione è riservata agli ospiti. Ci siamo sempre sentiti a nostro agio e ogni richiesta ed esigenza è stata assecondata. Il posto in sè è bellissimo - basta guardare le fotografia - ed il calore dell'accoglienza non la dimenticheremo. L'appartamento era nuovo, funzionale e piacevole allo stesso tempo e ovviamente molto pulito. Lo suggerirei sia a chi cerca un punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni, sia per chi deve soggiornare più a lungo."

Niente. Come segnalato, la parte finale della strada è un po' impervia, ma raggiungibile senza problemi sia da moto che da automobili.

La parte attorno alla piscina era poco attrezzata ed i due lettini presenti un po' troppo datati

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"Все сподобалося! Місце розташування - далеко від шуму міста. Будиночки розташовани на достатній відстані один від одного, тому сусідів також не чути. Їжа - смачні сніданки і можливість замовити обід/вечерю прямо в будиночок. Затишок - камін і чан ❤️"

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.

"Beautiful territory, nice stuff, excellent location, proximity to the beach. Absolutely beautiful place to stay close to the old port, very convenient for the kids to swim. A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. Book in advance!"

The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.
