"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."

The power went out while we were there during the day. The staff don't speak any English but they are quick to translate with their phones!

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.

Pesce fresco e buonissimo, anche la pizza (che ha fatto innamorare mio figlio) era davvero buona. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato consentito dal proprietario il check in alle 11 senza chiedere un euro. Avevamo già messo in conto di stare al ristorante durante l'attesa e invece, siamo subito stati accompagnati al nostro appartamento. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con il wi-fi che non funzionava ma come sempre, il sevizio è stato top e sia il proprietario che il suo papà si sono subito movimentati per risolvere il problema. Hanno un'attenzione e dedizione al cliente davvero ammirevole. La spiaggia è convenzionata e quindi gratis per i clienti di Villa Arberia."

L'area esterna era un pochino abbandonata e poco manutenuta. Aggiungerei qualcosa in più in cucina. Poche stoviglie, assenza totale di mestoli e qualche mattonellina del mosaico della doccia staccata e riappoggiata.

"Everything! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and go out their way to never say no! Management was very accommodating and visible. The room looked much better than the pictures and was very clean. All the amenities necessary was provided in the room with a bonus plate of chocolates. The bed was comfortable! Overall, the Anne guest house was outstanding! There is honestly not enough space for me to write all the compliments I have for this guest house."

The tv in the room is small and the tv options are limited in the room but it is not something that makes me not want to come back. I will definitely return.

"The staff were very polite and attentive, and the rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean! It was by far the best breakfast in Africa! A lovely touch with Homemade granola & even detox juice along with a great selection to sit every tastebud!! Fantastic!"

"Tutto impeccabile. L’hotel è un piccolo angolo di paradiso: vicinissimo al centro città ma senza il caos che ne deriva. Struttura pulitissima e con ogni servizio e comfort, il personale eccezionale siamo stati anche accolti in un italiano perfetto. Colazione salata o dolce davvero buona e fatta in casa. Camera pulita e letto comodo."

L’unico difetto sono gli infissi, avendo avuto la camera che si affaccia al giardino eravamo direttamente esposti alla strada principale che è davvero molto trafficata. Gli infissi non ci sono, solo zanzariera e oscuranti quindi il rumore era molto vistoso.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

Appena arrivati alla sera ci ha invitati a partecipare alla Jam session di percussioni in terrazzo con lui ed i suoi amici. Molto bello! Ci ha aiutati nell’organizzare la continuazione della vacanza dandoci suggerimenti riguardo mezzi di trasporto per raggiungere Ile de Saloum. Colazione abbondante e molto buona, in terrazzo con vista sul quartiere Yoff. Esperienza consigliatissima!"

Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

Nella mia camera di notte si sentiva il rumore della strada, qualche spiffero dal lucernaio.

"È un aparthotel molto funzionale e pulito. Negli appartamenti non manca proprio nulla e c'è caldo, si sta bene quando si rientra da una giornata in centro. I letti sono super comodi e nella cucina c'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare. Il bagno è molto grande e pulito. Io e mio marito sono anni che andiamo qua e ci troviamo molto molto bene. C'è anche la possibiltà di fare colazione in hotel che ê super!"
