"It was clean, quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of comfy beach seats and a beautiful dock to hang around on. And no Sargassum!"

"Not really a complaint but the beach bar wasn't open the days we were there, would have been even better if it had been. Maybe because we came at the end of tourist season."

"The location was on the beach and close to the Split and restaurants. A great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the south side. The view from the 4th floor was amazing!"

"Great location on the north side and therefore much quieter (which was to our preference). The pool is refreshing and the sunset from the dock is incredible! There’s a handful of restaurants on the north side and otherwise plenty of restaurants in the south side which is only a 30 second ferry ride away. Would 100% recommend this to anyone! Room was new and modern and had everything we need. The liquor license for Gregg’s bar should come through any day now hopefully meaning cold drinks and food directly on the property as well! Final bonus point: adorable dogs."

"Beautiful property, clean and new, responsive on-site owner, private beach with kayaks and more, and on the quieter north island. Easy to get to the south island as the ferry that crosses the split is a few minutes' walk away. Bikes provided which are a great way to explore both islands."

"This was not a negative for us, but the north island is quieter with a more wild / "in nature" feel. There are fewer restaurants (maybe 3 - 4 total) and one small grocery store. There is a lot of construction going up so I don't expect it will still be this way in a decade. If you want a party atmosphere stay on the south island."

Rene is an absolute gem of a human being who goes far and beyond out of his way to give you the best experience this beautiful island has to offer. "Great, quiet place to chill out and have a very relaxing stay. The host Rene and his employees are very nice people and will help you whenever they can. The property is located on the north side of Caye Caulker. You can get a ferry on short walking distance and Rene has a private shuttle service on specific times, which makes this property very easy accessible. Would recommend this place very much if you’re looking for a chill-out holiday, where you can find things to do whenever you feel like it, and escape the busier south side. The property owns a nice beach (without seaweed), great pool and you can use the bikes and canoes whenever you want (for free). We will definitely book this again!"

"The location on the leeward side of the north island is ideal-the beaches are much cleaner, it’s less windy, and less crowded, but it’s only a 10 minute walk and then a 2 minute ferry ride to the South Island where most of the restaurants, tour operators and grocery stores are. The beach at Bay Towers is a beautiful sandy white, raked daily, with lots of options for relaxing, and there is also a small, clean, and refreshing swimming pool. Kayaks and bicycles are available to guests for free."

"The property is under construction and while there was not active work going on while we were there there are construction materials and equipment at the back and sides of the property. The bicycles were in need or repair, only the 3 of the 6 were rideable."

"Located in teh North Side of Caye Caulker, nice deck which i enjoyed every morning, also the ferry that will take you a short ride to te other side teh South Side. The room was very big and accomodated to all our needs. Teh bar was also great and the lady that checked as in was wonderful. I do know that next time i am in Belize i wont hesitate booking again provided ist stil available. Also on a whole preferred Caye Caulker from San Pedro, so will spend most of my tome in Caye Caulker and obviously here."
