Letto non tanto comodo e la colazione non è a buffet , comunque c'è un menù e ti servono

"Posizione del Premier Suite perfetta per arrivare nel centro di Dublino in veramente poco tempo. Zona nuova con appartamenti ed uffici, quindi molto tranquilla. Casa perfetta con tutti i comfort."

"La struttura è molto bella, con un curato giardino e una splendida piscina. La casa è comoda, anche se potrebbe beneficiare di qualche piccolo intervento di rinfresco, ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto simpatico; abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il gesto di prestarci l’ombrellone per le giornate al mare, una piccola attenzione che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima, comodissima sia per raggiungere il centro sia per andare al mare!"

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"I have stayed here previously so had no hesitation booking it again. The place was clean situated in a good spot, not far from the beach and town centre."

Parking can be an issue as spaces are limited.

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"كل شي في المكان جميل، منطقة مراسي فيها كل ما تحتاج من اسواق ومطاعم وسينما وبحر، فعلًا لا تحتاج ان تخرج من المنتجع. شكر خاص للأخ Tayyab والأخت ريم على التواصل الدايم والسؤال قبل الوصول وبعد المغادرة، كان تعامل أكثر من رائع."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Posizione conveniente, e self check-in molto facile. Le stanze un po' spartane, ma funzionali."

La pulizia era un po' scadente, una delle stanze molto piccola; inoltre il nome sulla struttura era Ocean beach, invece di Ocean breeze creando un po' di confusione.

"Все сподобалося! Місце розташування - далеко від шуму міста. Будиночки розташовани на достатній відстані один від одного, тому сусідів також не чути. Їжа - смачні сніданки і можливість замовити обід/вечерю прямо в будиночок. Затишок - камін і чан ❤️"

"Appena sono arrivato la proprietaria mi accolto offrendomi il caffè. La casa è pulita. Ci sono due bagni puliti."

l’unica pecca é che di 3 saune solo una era funzionante

"Posizione centrale con vista mozzafiato del tramonto con pale eoliche sullo sfondo. Giusto compromesso per visitare le più importanti città dell'Olanda o il Parco dei tulipani, veramente stupendo. Consiglio a tutti di fermarsi a cena almeno una volta nel ristorante che si trova praticamente sotto, il Visrestaurant ottimi prodotti dall'aringa nel panino all'anguilla affumicata e tantissime altre prelibatezze. La stanza è graziosa e spaziosa, altra cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è il parcheggio sotto le dune a 100mt dalla struttura. Consigliatissimo"

Unico neo, la scala per arrivare nella stanza leggermente ripida ma alla fine ci abbiamo preso la mano ;-)

"Residence un po' decentrato, ma fornito di parcheggio interno, con pochi euro possibile ottenere un taxi. Colazione buona salata, camere un po' datate ma pulite. Personale alla reception molto gentile"

Al mio arrivo frigorifero staccato, bagno enorme ma poco attrezzato

"la posizione è senz'altro nel cuore di miraflores quartiere turistico. Colazione buona. Wifi ottima. Vista dall'alto piacevole. La stanza molto grande, tipo loft. Cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Valido anche il deposito bagagli. Letto enorme."

La vasca grande ma un po' datata. Un po' di rumore pur essendo al 14 piano non c'è molto insonorizzazione con l'esterno.

Se dovessi trovare un difetto direi un po di rumore serale che arriva dai pub sottostanti.
