"Casa a due piani con veranda sul molo all' interno di jolly harbour, complesso molto bene organizzato e sicuro, con negozi e una bella spiaggia."

"It was a nice house 5 minutes walking from the beach. The team was very supportive solving any issues very quickly. Having Ramón also helped a lot with the shopping and the cooking for a big group as it was out case, and everything was very tasty. The rooms were very clean, and it was useful to have the laundry for one week stay."

The only room for improvement was agreeing the breakfast or dinner times with the chef, which was sometimes not clear to coordinate.

"La Villa è veramente comoda, molto bella ed accogliente. Letti comodi, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, doccia esterna.. tutto perfetto. La proprietaria ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi ed abbiamo trascorso due belle giornate a Ksamil. Ci tornerei!"

"Bella struttura ben organizzata, la villetta era nuova e non mancava nulla,fronte mare e con un bel giardino."

Le pulizie potevano essere fatte meglio.

"The villa was very pleasant, clean and peaceful. I really liked that the villa included a crib for my baby to sleep on. My family had a wonderful time."

"De ligging van Casa Baronesa kan niet beter, direct aan een mooi strand, met achter het huis, gescheiden van het strand via een poortje, nog een stukje privé strand. Het huis is zeer ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Het uitzicht vanuit de slaapkamers op zee is fenomenaal. Verder zijn in de directe nabijheid de nodige restaurantjes te vinden."

De huisraad - met name het bestek en de pannen - was niet op peil en dient te worden aangevuld. Verder zouden een broodrooster en een vaatwasser welkom zijn. Het gemis hieraan heeft de pret echter zeker niet mogen drukken.

"キッチン用具が全て揃っていて大変助かりました。 ベッドも綺麗でした。ソファが快適で過ごしやすかったです。"

3泊したのですがタオルが2泊分しか無かったのでちょっと残念でした。

"La instalación está bien equipada es muy cómoda y el departamento es muy bonito. La atención es muy buena y el personal es muy amable también la dueña"

La instalación requiere de algunos pequeños arreglos y un poco más de limpieza.

"Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 (due famiglie) una settimana in questa struttura. E’ stato davvero fantastico, l’appartamento era molto grande e molto confortevole, le 4 camere da letto ognuna col proprio bagno, la cucina ed il soggiorno ampi e dotati di tutti i servizi. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile, ogni giorno venivano fatte le pulizie e cambiati gli asciugamani. La piscina e la palestra sono un plus non da poco che rende la vacanza ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo utilizzato anche il ristorante, una sera servito direttamente a casa, trovandolo buono e onesto nel prezzo. Consigliata senza ombra di dubbio."

Faccio fatica a trovare difetti a questa struttura: negli accessori in cucina mancava un apribottiglie e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare ma è un dettaglio assolutamente trascurabile.

"Great value & service. The house is in the second line of buildings. The property was perfectly clean, plenty of towels, a lot of space. Perfect place for a group of friends, close to restaurants and city center. There is a guest house with a nice sauna."

"Colazione buonissima, abbondante e in parte preparata al momento, quindi molto fresca. Franny, la titolare, è molto simpatica e accogliente. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere diversi luoghi in poco tempo. Oosterhout è una cittadina molto bella."

"We were group of friends with families, so we were very excited about place, surrounding, distance to the sea - everything was great! Kids had a lot of acticities, even to collect shells or pine cones. Every room had separate bathrooms, kitchen equipment, tools for barbeque (we need to brought only charcol for cooking)."

It small thing, that do not efect my valuation - sofa was a bit to hard for adults, would be great to have additional mattress :)

"Het warme welkom, prachtige woning, heel schoon. Een fijn zwembad, alles aanwezig in een woord geweldig."

Niets viel tegen, alles was er, en anders werd het direct geregeld.

"The location in Lance Aux Epines was excellent. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The home is large and well maintained, the furnishings are comfortable and it included everything we needed. Yare was very accommodating to our special requests and communication with her was the best we have had in all of our short term rentals anywhere. Samantha who met us on site on check-in was very also friendly and helpful."

The house provides good privacy, but this seemed to impede air flow for cross breezes leading to hot rooms if you don't purchase the additional air conditioning (e.g. Kitchen).

"Das großzügige Platzangebot. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Hochstühle für Kleinkinder sowie Babybett sind vorhanden. Im Treppenhaus steht auch ein Schrank mit Büchern und Spielen. Ebenso sind Staubsauger vorhanden. Für eine alte Villa war die Wohnung gut in Schuss."

Zwei Punkte möchte ich anmerken. In der Loggia links neben der Tür, war eine Fenstervertäfelung locker. Die müsste wieder festgeklebt werden. Und der Buffetschrank im Wohnzimmer ist nicht mit der Wand verbunden. Da das Angebot auch an Familien mit Kleinkindern gerichtet ist, sollte hier nachgebessert werden.

Pool not heated, so a bit bracing when we took a dip. It was mid-November though.

"The host -Dumisa was very friendly and even though we had issues at the boarder he waited for us to arrive very late at night and escorted us to the place. The house was spacious, clean and good value for money."
