"Struttura pulita , camere molto ben sistemate e accoglienti , a pochi passi dal Registan in una zona tranquilla . Lo staff ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al rientro ci ha offerto frutta fresca e abbiamo potuto ricaricare i telefoni . Eccellente ."

"Casa molto pulita e dotata di tutte le comodità, ottima posizione proprio vicino alla spiaggia e non lontano da un paio di ristoranti ed un supermarket."

Non gradisco per una questione di igiene gli asciugamani marroni nelle strutture ricettive. In tre giorni non ci sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, se avessimo voluto il cambio avremmo dovuto pagare una cifra extra, onestamente per quel che abbiamo pagato non è un gran servizio. Le docce erano aperte quindi durante il lavaggio l'acqua cadeva sul pavimento del bagno.

Appartamento di nuova costruzione, arredamento non ancora completato, mancavano alcuni elementi ma per un breve soggiorno (siamo stati solamente due notti) non ci ha causato disagio.

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

The cleaning of the room should be more thorough, can still see alot of dust at the 2 side pillars inside the room. The living room table top wasn't clean and wiped daily as can still see stains after housekeeping. Ahld provide washing sponge if cooking is allow.

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

More kitchen stuff would be great and a more cleaner bathroom.

Appartamento buono, ma un po’ vecchio. Camera pulita dopo 3 giorni, ma lo staff subito disponibile per eventuali richieste.

"Tranquillo posto con un tocco storico. Parco ben curato. Camera piccola ma accogliente. Buona colazione, possibile godere anche fuori con vista sul lago. Silenzio e bellezza"

Avvicinarsi all' acqua e pericoloso. C'è da fare ancora. Ma si può trovare in vicinanza anche le attrazioni acquatici.

"Pristine; large, pleasantly decorated rooms; hot and cold water on each floor and coffee at reception; beautiful view out the back of the mountains. Set in a very pleasant square with a number of good restaurants, well-located for the historic centre and the destinations up the valley. 30 minute pleasant walk to the cable car."

"Bella struttura a pochi passi dal mare. Centrale e silenziosa. Il nostro appartamento aveva anche uno spazio esterno molto carino."

Purtroppo non c’erano piastre e padelle per cucinare solo microonde, abbiamo colto l’occasione e siamo usciti a cena.

"I have stayed here previously so had no hesitation booking it again. The place was clean situated in a good spot, not far from the beach and town centre."

Parking can be an issue as spaces are limited.

Efficientissimo servizio di lavanderia quotidiano e gratuito, perfetto il servizio di navetta all'aeroporto (gratuito)"

La parte attorno alla piscina era poco attrezzata ed i due lettini presenti un po' troppo datati

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Sehr gute Lage. Strand wenige Meter entfernt. Preiswert. Einfaches Frühstück im zugehörigen Restaurant zu kleinem Preis zubuchbar, dort auch Abendessen möglich. Sehr netter Eigner, der sich sehr gut um die Gäste kümmert."

"Very nice apartment in a quiet place with a beautiful view of nature with good air, good instructions on how to get to the apartment, very convenient with an electric lock with a code. Nearby is the Moldovan embassy, two steps away (for those who care). I recommend!"
