"-L’arredamento della hall molto freddo soprattutto le poltrone sono estremamente scomode 🙈anche perché sono già stata 10 anni fa in questo resort e era super bello con lampadari e arredamento adatto al suo nome -Hanno tolto i bar e i locali tipici turchi …. Ora a mio parere diventato senza identità quando entri non sai più in quale paese ti trovi, nulla riferito al posto e veramente un peccato. -Le luci nelle camere sono molto molto offuscati e il corridoio che porta dal ascensore alle stanze nel main building è senza luce, lo trovato un po’ squallido per un hotel 5 stelle premium"

"So we've originally booked Rixos Bodrum, however due to circumstances at the time they had to move our stay to a different location Rixos Göcek . I must say that the communication from the hotel management and staff was top class. They have arranged us the transfer from Bodrum Airport to the new location and it was super comfortable . The resort itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds that are so well looked after. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated, the nicest kindest staff that were ready to help with anything we needed . The food , the coctails , the cute kittens ,pool and the secret beach all were out of this world . We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary here and absolutely delighted we chose this place , they made sure our stay was memorable ❤️ We will absolutely be back"

"Really nice facilities, everything was super clean and spacious. Beautiful and tranquil beach area with a lovely deck out to sea. Kids club is amazing and has lovely inside and outside areas that my son enjoyed. Spa was lovely. Gym well equipped. Food was great - a huge selection of cuisine each day. Omer and Evelina were very attentive to any requests."

"For us (with a baby who wakes at 5am every day) the music every night until 11 was too loud. Staff were very accommodating in trying to reduce it but we could still hear every song word for word in our room until it finished. I think it might be a cultural thing as no other reviews mention it and the staff confirmed nobody else raised it as a problem, we are just very tired parents so need to sleep at 10pm!"

"One of the best things about our stay at Rixos Bodrum was the care and attention from Zubilay, who cleaned our room. The room was very clean and comfortable, just like our home, and that made us very happy. We also liked the clean sea and the beautiful beach and pier. The food and service were great and deserve full points from us. In the WhatsApp group made for guest assistance, Deniz and Diana answered all our questions quickly and made our stay easier and more enjoyable. We thank them very much for their help. We would also like to thank Tursynay, who works at the Turkuaz buffet, for her professional service."

Getting any request done was easy and possible thanks to the system they have in place. The food was amazing as well. We were happy with the baby facilities too which our baby loved. "The property is fine with all their services and such, you have everything that you need. However, there is a small shop there that has some everyday products which i felt it was overpriced. But it is unlikely you will need to purchase things from it during your stay."

"I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. Everything was easy to reach, so moving around was simple. The restaurants had tasty food, and I especially liked Peoples and Turkuaz. We stayed in a cabana, and it felt very comfortable. The staff always brought what we needed quickly. It was also new for me to use WhatsApp group for hotel service, and it worked great. Deniz and Diana were super helpful all the time. The team in general made us feel very welcome."

"My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Rixos Premium Bodrum Hotel. We returned here again for the second time, the first time took place in 2021. We really enjoyed staying at the amazing executive room, that is quite large, lovely sandy beach that is perfect for small children, and very delicious catering. We want to thank the employees of Rixos Premium Bodrum Hotel, who made our trip amazing: Mert, the waiter at People's restaurant - thanks a lot for a warm welcome during lunches, Ayzhamal and Osman, the waiters at Turquoise restaurant Many thanks to Omer, our personal assistant!
