"La signora era davvero carina, gentile e disponibile. Le abbiamo chiesto un cambio di cuscino e ci ha subito risolto il problema. Buona la posizione, solo 10 minuti a piedi dalla porta che da accesso al centro storico. La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole, sia con aria condizionata che con ventilatore."

"La proprietaria persona gentilissima e che si mette a disposizione per ogni esigenza oltre a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per un alloggio confortevole. La posizione è vicina al centro e va bene se ci si sposta in scooter o con Grab ma anche se si vuole passeggiare. La camera non molto grande ma aveva specchio e appoggi necessari oltre che un mini-frigo e il ventilatore. Poi altra cosa super positiva è che mettono a disposizione, in maniera gratuita, the e caffè e qualche merendina. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo è un'ottima struttura"

"Una cosa negativa è che gli asciugamani dati, non asciugano effettivamente... Inoltre, cosa comune in Thailandia, non c'è l'ascensore. Altra cosa che manca è l'asciugacapelli ma chiedendo alla proprietaria gentilmente lo presta e mette a disposizione quando è necessario."

"Camera molto pulita e grande. La signora che ci ha accolto è davvero gentile e molto ma molto disponibile. Cerca in tutti i modi di metterti a tuo agio. Ottima zona per girare Chiang Mai. L'alloggio Super consigliato. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale."

"Unbeatable price/quality ratio! The room is clean, AC working perfectly, private bathroom. 20min walk to the old city so that is not too much and it is within the pickup zone of many touristic activities. The host is amazingly nice, ready to help and give advice and what to see on the area."

"Only negative point is that it can be a bit noisy if you have a room facing the street, but you then get to have a balcony, which is really nice!"

"The accommodation is very well located because you have a 7 Eleven 50 meters away and another supermarket right next to it. You have restaurants near the accommodation about 100-200 meters and even a laundry. In the evening on the main street you can find street food at very good prices and the food is very tasty. You can walk to the Night market in 20 minutes. The accommodation is very ok, clean, I always received water from the owner, the towels were changed every 2 days. At the reception, you can make coffee, tea, you have free snacks. We paid when we arrived and they even asked us for 1000 baht bills because they don't accept them anywhere else."
