The family-owned Boutique Hotel Lundia is 100 metres from Lund Central Station. All rooms have an HD LED TV with Chromecast, free WiFi and oak floors. Rooms at Lundia Residenza include birch and cherry wood furniture, private bathrooms with natural stone floors and wash basins and work desks. Lundia's combined bar and reception offers drinks and snacks. At certain times of the day the residenza reception is closed. There is no possibility to check in before 3PM. Lilla Fiskaregatan pedestrian street is a 3-minute walk away. Lund Botanical Gardens is located 1 km from the locanda.

"Quando siamo arrivati la camera e il bagno erano puliti, poi durante il soggiorno il bagno non è più stato sanificato. La temperatura della camera non era confortevole, piuttosto bassa. La colazione era di poca scelta e comprendeva solo brioches vuote e panini accompagnate da bevande calde ( il latte solo freddo) e solo 2 Succhi di frutta."

"Room was clean, firm mattress, no light pollution, very quiet. Location is really good for central Lund, breakfast basic but good. Parking is at the actual hotel, not public parking close by (as many other hotels claim to be hotel parking)."
"Check process not very straight forward as I had to go to another hotel to check in (where the staff was great by the way - this was early evening on a Sunday, during normal hours they have a reception). Bathroom / shower is a ridiculous design making it impossible not have water everywhere."
