"Posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti dalla stazione. Stanza al primo piano molto accogliente e pulita, letto molto comodo. Ottima colazione nella Creperiet vicina. Personale assente, ma ho ricevuto tempestivamente tutte le informazioni per accedere alla stanza, sia per mail che sms. La cittadina di Lund è un vero gioiello, una sorta di Oxford-Cambridge, piena di giovani. I palazzi reali sono diventati sede delle varie facoltà . Il giardino botanico è bellissimo, il museo Kulturen merita la visita ( con fika nell'omonimo caffè ). Aeroporto di Copenhagen raggiungibile in meno di 40 min di treno."

"Non vi è personale. Mai. Io vado solo in hotel con reception. Non avevo capito questo era senza. Le indicazioni fornite sono state valide su check inn e check out. Il prezzo per la svezia, eccezionale. Camera di design svedese e a 4 minuti dalla stazione. Al telefono hanno risposto subito. Quindo molto bene."

"I am very happy with my stay. The room was quiet and the rooms are arranged so that i wasn't wall to wall with any other room. The windows faced a inner courtyard so I could have the window open at night but still feel safe. The place was clean and tastefully designed. The shower was as hot as I wanted it and powerful! Multiple different pillows so that I could choose which one suited me best - very smart. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but that's personal. Easy check in and out. The free tea and coffee was a nice bonus so that i could fill my thermos in the morning. Much appreciated. The location is unbeatable! SO central, close to the train station but still quiet and calm. Best of all was the amazing breakfast with freshly baked bread from the bakery next door. The girl who worked there in the mornings was lovely and even fried up some mushrooms and spinach when I said that I didn't eat egg. That's what I call good customer service!!"

"The location is very central, near the station but it is not on a noisy street at all. The room is very clean and cozy with a generous number of pillows on the bed! Breakfast was very nice too."

"I missed a bed side table, as it is a big thing for someone wearing eye glasses."

"The room was very cozy and clean. It was very welcoming to find it through the inner garden, lights on. I felt instantly like I could wind down and relax when I got to my room. Especially with the floor heating. The breakfast was also such a win. The staff there was super friendly and even offered me and another guest a crêpe along with our breakfast. I don't remember the last time I felt so comfortable and welcome at a hotel."

"I wouldn't change a thing except for the window in the bathroom. Since I arrived in the dark, I couldn't tell how easily it is to look into it from the outside. Maybe some foil would be good there?"
