"Our rooms were exceptional, both in layout and cleanliness. The hotel and staff were great, and resolved a potential payment issue with our driver making sure all was correct. Internet speed was good. On this occasion, we choose this hotel due to its location near the Airport, and used 'Uber' to get to other locations in Jeddah. If we return to Jeddah again, this hotel would be our first choice."
