"The room was good overall, spacious and had nice amenities for the price. The front desk staff were very nice. The location is also pretty close to Al Balad, easy to get over there pretty quick."

"Other than the afternoon desk staff, the rest of the staff weren't very helpful. I didn't get towels at check in and the next morning I tried asking 4 different people over 3h (finally only messaging via booking.com worked) to get them 6 hours after I first asked. There is also a veryyyyyy bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes, the drain covers slightly helped this"
