"I dont know why people dont like this property. I find the place really good as its close to Metro, around 200M which is really a plus when you are staying in Riyadh due to heavy traffic. They have a very good recep with lots of comfy sofas to welcome your guests. I think the place is value for money in terms of its location & the rooms are big & spacious compared to other property with smaller cuts of studios."
"The A/C during my stay (5D/4N) was not cold during my first night so I asked them to fix it and they did send the A/C technician to fix it immediately."
