"Posizione, piscina, staff disponibilissimo e professionale, stanza vista mare."

La colazione poteva essere più varia ma è comunque tutto buono.

"Bellissimo albergo situato in una tipica casa coloniale. La nostra stanza era ampia, bagno con vasca e doccia, salotto con cucina e terrazzino privato raggiungibile con una scala. Persole sempre disponibile e cortese. Ottima posizione nel centro di Antigua!"

"excellent accommodation, well equipped with laundry machine. i love the spectacular view from our apartment. short distance to travel by taxi to PIK by the sea. safe surrounding and accommodation is rated as 5 star."

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Posizione perfetta per il centro e il porto, a due passi da negozi e mezzi di trasporto. Camera silenziosa con panorama sulla città."

Struttura un po' datata, in camera sarebbe utile almeno una sedia e un tavolino.

"Very quiet area and very clean. The man who works in the office is very helpful."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

Il cattivo odore proveniente dagli scarichi della doccia e del lavandino in cucina.

"La posizione è molto comoda anche per riuscire a parcheggiare la macchina. Inoltre è vicinissimo al centro ma lontana dal caos della parte più centrale. Struttura pulita, letto comodo e aria condizionata."

Il bagno è davvero troppo piccolo e la doccia praticamente non esiste. Inevitabile quindi bagnare tutto quando ci si lava, dal pavimento al wc. La stanza è scura.

Colazione da re e venendo incontro a necessità alimentari di ciascuno con opzioni senza glutine, senza lattosio o altre esigenze. Posizione centralissima e fantastica. Parcheggio a disposizione. "Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"Abbiamo soggiornato nella Log Cabin, un'esperienza molto suggestiva. Ampia, riservata, caratteristica e la chicca della sauna privata! La colazione a buffet nel locale principale offre tutto quello che si può desiderare."

Nulla, sarebbe 10/10 se disponesse di una vera e propria spa con piscine riscaldate e vasche idromassaggio.

"Everything was perfect. We got a big room with a view on the Tatras from the window. The staff was very nice, we had a great time at the bar as well. Breakfast was very very good. So all in all 10/10. Definitely recommended."

Quite niusy at times with roosters making there things at 5am and i did have problem with noisy guests ( which isn’t hotes fault) but noisy cleaning is. Personell is very nice dough

Pool needs to be renovated, tiles were missing. Also walls in wellness could be painted.

Nulla. Però nel palazzo è richiesto silenzio quindi forse non ideale per giovani esuberanti .

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

Un bel balconcino completa la location. Si trova in un bel contesto della città di santiago. Zona nuova e accogliente. Bei localini e ristoranti nella immediata vicinanza"

La colazione è stata buona.solo la sala della colazione è troppo piccola. Ci si articola davvero con difficoltà Unico inconveniente e stato il servizio lavanderia....non pervenuto

The wifi doesn't work at all uptsairs Some drawers were dusty and the terrace with the table and chairs were not cleaned
