"Struttura pulita , camere molto ben sistemate e accoglienti , a pochi passi dal Registan in una zona tranquilla . Lo staff ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie al rientro ci ha offerto frutta fresca e abbiamo potuto ricaricare i telefoni . Eccellente ."

"Per poter mantenere il paradiso tale, i proprietari di casa prestano molto tempo alla cura degli spazi. La stessa attenzione è riservata agli ospiti. Ci siamo sempre sentiti a nostro agio e ogni richiesta ed esigenza è stata assecondata. Il posto in sè è bellissimo - basta guardare le fotografia - ed il calore dell'accoglienza non la dimenticheremo. L'appartamento era nuovo, funzionale e piacevole allo stesso tempo e ovviamente molto pulito. Lo suggerirei sia a chi cerca un punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni, sia per chi deve soggiornare più a lungo."

Niente. Come segnalato, la parte finale della strada è un po' impervia, ma raggiungibile senza problemi sia da moto che da automobili.

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"Location was fabulous, just down the road from the Presidential Palace although the road is a little unkempt. An easy walk into the town for restaurants and the main market centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great outside relaxing bar / restaurant."

Taxis do not like to drive to the Hotel as the road is not great and has some big ruts at the town end, leaving you with the choice of a short walk or paying more. It's about a 400 yard walk and not hard or dangerous.

"Ralph, Natalia, and Chris are very welcoming hosts. We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!"

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

"I liked the location and the view. Owner was very responsive."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

The air-conditioning system was not working properly but it was running. They should have provided drinking water bottles.
