"Comodo al centro con i mezzi pubblici (tram/filobus/bus), parcheggio gratuito in strada senza difficoltà. Zona molto tranquilla e poco trafficata. Pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host."

"Victor contacted me to check my arrival time. He met me at the property, gave me keys and showed me around. Very polite and friendly. Large accommodation. Well heated. Good shower, lots of hot water, good pressure. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. I am happy to recommend and will stay here again. I met Victor's mother also who comes across as a lovely woman."

"Exceptionally clean! We had all that we needed in the house, including toys for our child. The beds were very comfortable, the house temperature was perfect. We felt very welcomed. I highly recommend Victor Residence 38"

"The property was very big , victor and his family were very helpful , the property has 2 bathrooms and is very near the public transport. I also liked the fact that the property had real plants in it that were in such good condition it was hard to believe that they were not fake ."

"Beautiful big apartment with a balcony and a lovely home like feel. Quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing cup of tea on the balcony in the evening. Host Victor is very kind and happy to assist whenever needed. Thank you Victor."

"Very nice place, in a quite area, but still close to the city, so you can take an Uber to all the places. Very nice host that's very understanding, and allowed us to stay with the dogs :) Saved under favorites for our next holiday in Bucarest"

"A very warm welcome from the host . Excellent accommodation with plenty of room and all the facilities you would require for your stay . We were travelling with our dogs and Victor's residence was ideal with a secure yard and plenty of room for the pooches. Would highly recommend this property."
