"L'appartamento è nuovo e pulito, dotato di tutti i servizi. Il check in automatico è comodo e veloce. La posizione perfetta, a 100m dalla scalinata che porta alla bellissima spiaggia di Costanza. Il centro storico e il porticciolo a due passi."
"L'appartamento da sulla strada principale, spesso trafficata e rumorosa. Gli infissi nuovi permettono comunque di non avere rumori all'interno."

"Best studio accommodation ever. “Living room” kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all in one room, with a great split, well organized. Excellent location, 1 minute to Old City Center. We were surprised to see that nothing was missing (oven, fridge, coffee machine, air conditioning, washing machine, electric stove, toaster, plates, pots, cutlery, glasses, iron, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer at the list can continue) It is close to Modern Beach and I would recommend it for 2-5 days stay, 2 to maximum 4 guests. The host was always available and responsive."

"Very close to the beach and the city center, around 4-5 minutes away. The place is clean and has everything you need in terms of cutlery and kitchen stuff. It also has a washing machine (haven't used it, but was happy to find it there just in case). The most valuable thing for me was that we were able to bring our dog with us. We even received dog treats alongside our own treats from the hosts, which was so nice!"
