"Raccomando! Posizione centralissima, vicino ai locali e punti d'interesse turistico, monolocale dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più, carinissimo, pulito, host gentilissimo. Parcheggio di fronte a pagamento (tra le 8.00 e le 17.00, poi gratuito ) a 0,80 €/l'ora, oppure giornaliero a 4 €."
"Il cortile interno un po' buio e il parcheggio interno gratuito non è sempre disponibile, ma una volta ristrutturato il cortile, sarà sicuramente meglio 😊"

"Everything was just right and advertised. The host was very easy to contact and to meet at the apartment. The house was neat and tidy, as I would expect it. The Air Conditionated was very helpful on these very hot days :-)... I would say a bargain for how close it is to Arad City Center. 5***** from me !"

"Complicated Check-in. Instructions for entry ONLY through Whatsapp, (recently hacked by Pegasus Spyware) If you don't have Whatsapp, you will be told to go find somewhere with Wifi and download it. Email from property gives no information, just says go to Whatsapp. Stairs: Handrail very loose. Impossible to find light switch in the dark."

"The building is located in the heart of the city centre, close to the Town Hall, the main road and tram stops, restaurants and cafés, but the apartment opens onto a quiet courtyard. The room is comfortable, the equipment is perfect, with all the kitchen and bathroom facilities you need. There's even a washing machine, clothes can be laid out in the hallway."
