The location was a little to the edge of the city but that may be a good thing for some looking for peace & quiet. The decor is a bit dated

"We liked the location with very close proximity to the beach, pools and restaurants.Staff were overall very friendly and welcoming.The range of restaurants was great and the food superb. We ate at them all (Sensai, Blue Moon, Il Mascherati di Venizia, Route 66, Margarita and El Carey/ La Tortuga ) with the only exception being Villa Marina, which proved problematic to book a table. The beach was clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers available.Our room was a good size and cleaned by the staff daily with lovely little touches like fresh flowers and abundant clean towels and shampoo/conditioner."

On arrival it would have been helpful to have had it explained that all information regarding booking restaurants, knowing the daily entertainment schedule and viewing menus etc was on the hotel app. It was three days before we realised this! We didn't like the branded drinks being charged as extras. If you like certain brands of drink you will be charged for them. Local equivalent drinks are only covered in the standard all inclusive package. Three of the restaurants have a pre-booking policy. It states on the app that these can be booked from 07-30 each day. We found that if you left it until 07-30 most of the tables had been booked. Therefore the earlier you get up to book a table, the better your chances of securing a place in the restaurant of your choice. Frustratingly, we were not able to book a table at Villa Marina during our two week stay. Every time we tried it was fully booked:this was incredibly disappointing!!!! Finally, a WARNING to other visitors. One day when we were on our way to lunch, we were duped with an offer of a free massage if we were prepared to give up twenty minutes of our time to hear about the membership deals on offer by the hotel group. Two hours later, after a non stop, in your face , hard sell by the sales team we couldn't take any more and walked out. Thankfully, we were mature and strong willed enough to resist the sales team. Many others probably capitulate and sign for a deal they may reflect later they do not want. Investing between 10,000 and 20,000 dollars is no joke, especially when they don't want to give you time to reflect on the deal and decide in a calm and balanced way. The whole process spoiled the last few days of our holiday and we hope others see this comment and are forewarned and refuse to be tricked into accepting offers of "free" massages or goody bags.

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

Il cibo.. un po' per la difficoltà a reperire materie di buona qualità, un po per la scarsa fantasia degli chef... diventa monotono. L'animazione Italiana veramente penosa a confronto di quella portoghese solo la mattina e freccette, bocce, pallavolo, carte.. Paragonarle sarebbe come vedere una recita di 5 elementare contro il Circ Du Soleil.. Imbarazzante!

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"Ho soggiornato per 5 notti con tre prenotazioni diverse. Prime due notti in una camera e le altre tre in villa. Sicuramente la villa è stupenda. 169mq su tre piani. Con ogni confort per toglierti la voglia di uscire al di fuori dal resort. Il servizio shuttle per scendere alla reception e ai servizi primari. la cortesia del personale, gentilissimi ed educati. Una colazione veramente ottima. Servizi in spaiggia ottimi. Buona, in generale, la cucina per quanto riguarda la qualità, a pranzo e cena."

La camera per i primi due giorni non era il massimo. Le porzioni proposte a pranzo e cena piccole e non in linea con i prezzi. Ristorante italiano decisamente da evitare. La spiaggia, con servizi ottimi, non era all'altezza, nè di Santa Lucia, nè di questo splendido resort.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Even helped me to take off flat tire and fix it the nearest garage. Communication excellent. If you are in Morgan's Bay, this is would an excellent choice."

"Durante il nostro soggiorno al Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort ad Aruba, abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza che ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. Il personale è semplicemente eccezionale: sempre disponibile, cortese e pronto a farci sentire a casa. La spiaggia del resort è una delle più belle che abbia mai visto, con sabbia bianca finissima e acque cristalline, ideale per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La colazione è stata un vero piacere, con un buffet ricco e variegato che soddisfa ogni palato, il tutto accompagnato da una vista mozzafiato sulla spiaggia. non mi e piaciuto lo spreco alimentare che fanno le persone veramenete disgustoso solo perche non pagano il cibo si riempiono piattie vanzano cibo poi da buttare pero' la struttura non centra ci vorrebbe un reposnsabile che spiegasse a queste persone che il cibo non va sprecato che e sempre disponibile per tutti.
