They include a seating area with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV and come equipped with free fast speed internet (since November 2023) and a modern kitchenette. All villas have two terraces and are located in the centre of the ample, 30-hectare Monte do Sol, which allows guests to further enjoy the natural surroundings. In the morning, guests can enjoy a breakfast delivered in the villa made with fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, jam, cheeses, croissants, eggs, cold meats, coffee, milk, juice, yogurts, and local honey. There is an area with barbecue facilities. Herdade Monte Do Sol offers private surfing lessons, surfboard rental, and surfboard repairs. The surrounding environment of the villas is also perfect for hiking or cycling. The property is sited on a walking trail of Rota Vicentina. The nearest beach is 2 km from Herdade Monte Do Sol. Free private parking is available on site. There is an area of several restaurants at 1500m, easily accessed by walking.

"An incredibly cozy villa. We stayed during cold, rainy weather and it was still very pleasant. The fireplace, the spotless cleanliness, and everything you need to cook made it perfect. The hosts are very kind, and the breakfast is wonderful. Peacocks and other animals add a special charm. A perfect place to escape from everything and enjoy nature and comfort. "We stayed for five days. It was really nice and cozy place. The pool area was really nice and apartment still had some privacy in the yard. Breakfast was super good, some good bread, cheese, fruits and stuff. Location was quite near to some good restaurants and nice beaches. Car definitely needed."
"Nothing special to mention. Electricity went down couple of times when we arrived, but they were able to fix the problems. Cutlery and frying pans could have been better, as we wanted to do some of the food ourselves."
