"Bellissima villa in stile Omanita, dispone di tre stanze con bagno. Quando siamo stati noi eravamo gli unici ospiti e ci siamo goduti l'intera villa. Oltre alle camere ha un grande salone e grande cucina. Il giardino ha una bella vista panoramica. è possibile accendere il fuoco e fare il barbecue. posto silenziosissimo."

"Nice family :) Aku speaks english very well and she could explain a lot of things about Kirguis life. She also prepared a delicious plov for us. I keep a very nice feeling from this accommodation, really special connection. I would maintain the contact with Aku for sure!!!"

"Everything. This is on the top of the list of places I need to come back to. The surroundings and the tranquility are bliss for all senses. The small cabin has all the basics. The beds were very comfy - haven’t slept so well for a long time. Having to walk a couple of steps outside to get to the bathroom and to get water added to the nostalgia - this was what cabins were like in my childhood. However, here you get a modern toilet and a shower in a nice warm bathroom. We did not have that luxury. The small museum was very interesting. The host was nice and inviting and he has a lot of knowledge of the past and present in the area. There are possibilities of renting kayaks- and canoes not far from the property. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night this time. But we most certainly will be back to explore the lake and the surroundings."

"Very nice and simple apartment, it had all the essentials. The area was very lovely and nice. The host was very nice and helpful, we had the cooked dinner by her and the fish was very tasty!"

I think it could have been a little bit cleaner, like the bath matts being clean, but otherwise it was totally fine.

"Siamo stati accolti dalla signora che gestisce le abitazioni ed è stata molto gentile e carina! I due appartamenti che avevamo prenotato sono andati oltre le aspettative perché erano dotati di tutti i confort: cucina, lavatrice, wifi, spazio esterno per stendere i vestiti e spazio esterno per potersi rilassare in mezzo alla natura. In più, gli appartamenti sono nuovi e tenuti benissimo. La zona è molto tranquilla poiché è una zona residenziale. Consiglio vivamente!"

The chalet type accommodation had the living area and bathroom downstairs whilst the upstairs there is one bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds. The setting is absolutely wonderful for nature lovers. We did a bird touring with Wendy(the host) which was great and without her we wouldn't have spotted many of the birds. The balconies are great to sit and relax in and enjoy the bird life."

"Colazione buona, pulizia eccellente, disponibilità del personale per qualsiasi richiesta, vicinanza dal centro anche se il ritorno è tutto in salita...ma una camminata di 15' male non fa!!!"

Se devo trovare proprio un qualcosa includere il servizio di caffetteria nella colazione.

The poor selection of teabags

"Struttura molto tranquilla a poca distanza dal paese e con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito nel cortile. Gli appartamenti messi a disposizione sono nuovi e pulitissimi. I propietari molto gentili ed ospitali. il nostro appartamento in mansarda era molto spazioso con un grande bagno privato. Le altre camere hanno un bagno in comune. Sono disponibili una cucina attrezzata e un friogorifero in comune con le altre camere. La colazione non è prevista. Vale la penna segnalare che per salire in camera c'è una scala un pò ripida interna alla struttura. Bello spazio esterno."

"The best breakfast we've had in any hotel or homestay anywhere. Staying there is a bit like staying with friends of friends. Very nice. A beautiful peaceful place. The surrounding area is also very pleasant and peaceful. We had a lovely time!"

"The place is very nice, downhills there are shops , uphills there are restaurants) Pepper valley is 30 min walk from the hotel. Administator Anastasiya is a very polite lady. And the person appointed for the service of the outside territory is nice as well."

Some of the staff ( not all) are rude. It is connected with their lifestyle and misunderstandings which appear when people ask for some things. Some do not understand that in a room there needs to be evth for eating and drinking even if a person eats out. In the best room of the new building still there is no fridge inside the room. However, the place for it exists as the furniture provided has particular space for it. The communication problems may occur so it is better to negotiate every single detail as the view of the relax may differ.

"The breakfast is amazing! Everything freshly baked, we felt at home honestly. And the owner is such a lovely lady. We really liked to stay there."

"Gli spazi sia interni che esterni permettono di sfruttare la casa in maniera adeguate alle esigenze di ognuno. Il balcone con vista sulla montagna, è spazioso con tavoli e sedie. La prima camera da letto è enorme e comoda, la seconda è su un soppalco. Condizionatore silenzioso e paese tranquillo. È possibile accedere ad una piscina, non grande ma gradevole."

La cucina potrebbe avere qualche accessorio in più.
