"Sebbene fosse indicata come "ad uso esclusivo" la jacuzzi della nostra camera era comunque visibile da alcune zone comunie/o di passaggio e questo ha ridotto la nostra intimitá. Penso que questa cosa debba essere corretta. Una volta é entrato un funzionario per mettere una pastiglia di cloro, ma avrei gradito che chidedde il permesso per entrare nella zona a noi riservata: l'ho trovata una mancanza di tatto. Inoltre le pile del telecomando della pompa di calore/climatizzatore erano quasi scariche e questo é stato un problema dopo la jacuzzi perché non riuscivo a scaldare la camera, anzi, era partita in modalitá raffreddamento... e ho avuto difficoltá a genstire la situazione bagnato e infreddolito. Il costo della cena, 50 € escluse bevande, é sicuramente eccessivo anche se deve essere una delizia. Per 30 avrei aderito, in fin dei conti il menu é scelto dallo staff ed é fisso."

"We were taken by this hotel. It’s quirky in layout, and the location in what is residential area slightly unusual, but as soon as the electric gates opened we were struck by how much thought had been put into the design and experience. It is beautifully presented, with extensive grounds and lots of places to sit and sunbathe, all offering a distant view of the sea. The service was excellent throughout. Attentive and friendly. The breakfasts were as good as you’ll find. The room was large and thoughtfully designed."

"It’s set in a quiet residential area, but you really need transport to access beaches (which are stunning), shops and restaurants which might out suit some. High quality, good value, meals are available all day. It’s a shame that in the evening the only option is a 60 euro a head set meal, which was lovely but felt expensive."

"One staff member was quite pushy and rude regarding breakfast times after we’d had it explained to us that these were flexible. The property was sold as family run but we didn’t meet any family members which was disappointing."

"Superb pool - very clean and slightly heated. Excellent breakfast - good variety - fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs, pancakes, meats and cheeses and daily cake and good coffee. Chef's dinner - meat and fish were both excellent. Bed really comfortable and good pillows!"

"We had pre-booked the Chef's dinner for the day we arrived, only to be told on our arrival that the kitchen was closed that day - there had been a wedding celebration at the hotel for the three days before. We didn't have a car, so had to organise a taxi and find somewhere for dinner - on our arrival day. This was very disappointing and the hotel weren't very apologetic or helpful. Although breakfast was excellent and whatever time you wanted it - when it was served, it felt quite rushed. The music was very repetitive and probably too loud Lack of information, we only found out there was cake in the afternoon on our last day!"

"It was our second time that we stayed here and that is for a reason. The resort is stunning and the staff makes it so comfortable for you. Breakfast is amazing and when you stay in for dinner you won’t get disappointed. We love the place and we will return at some point."
