"Amazing Host Roberto! Location couldn’t be better. Roberto lives onsite so getting keys was seamless. Couldn’t praise Roberto enough. We had everything we needed for our stay. Supermarket across the road and short walk to beach and bars. Lovely outside terrace upstairs, plus a lovely pool area downstairs."

"Villa Petrea is a very cute and comfortable property in the busy Condado area that almost feels tucked away from the hustle and bustle. There’s a lovely outdoor patio and pool that was available to us for our short stay. Our host Roberto was incredibly helpful and pleasant with local recommendations and area happenings."

"The accommodation was spacious and it was great having 2 bathrooms. The place was very cozy, full of charm, great location for us. Terestella and her husband Roberto were fantastic hosts, by the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. We would definitely love to stay there again when visiting the area@"

"The HOUSE WAS AMAZING!!!!! The owners were super nice and very friendly. There is so much space, but a close feeling to everyone there. The amenities were great with a full kitchen, patio, and pool. The area felt very safe and close to the beach. A 24-hour market is right across the street for all ur needs. Simply put....I LOVED THIS GEM 💎!"
"This place does not have TV.'s in every room (but ur on vacation, no need to watch t.v.), and they don't supply face cloths for bathing...so bring your own."
"La casa es única, se encuentra en el corazon de la ciudad de San Juan, apenas a 5 minutos andando tienes la playa y un supermercado 24 h al lado de la casa. Los anfitriones se encuentran en la vivienda en una area totalmente apartada, encantadores, Terestella y Roberto, pudimos estar tranquilos y a la vez poder contar con ellos para cualquiera cosa. La piscina top."
