Appartamento grande, bello e dotato di tutti i servizi. Lupcho é stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile in tutto, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili anche suo luoghi da visitare. Consiglio!"

"Large apartment in a nice location with shopping and food in walking distances, and a short trip taxi ride to various beaches and Old San Juan. I had been concerned it was close to the highway, but actually it was fine."

"It was also rather inconvenient/dangerous to need a key to *leave* the property, especially with multiple guests. Cleanliness also left something to be desired---the kitchen appliances were dirty and had insects living in them, which made us wary about using the kitchen overall."

"Our host was fantastic, communication was very clear and he offered so much help and assistance. He actually collected us from the Ferry at Ceiba and drove us to the property, for less than a taxi would be, and ensured we were settled in the property. He also offered advice and recommendations throughout, and kindly drove us to the airport when we checked out. The property was beautiful with excellent facilities, and beds were all comfy."

"I had such an awesome stay at Joy in Puerto Rico! The place was super comfortable, clean, and just had a great vibe overall—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the island. But honestly, what really made the stay stand out was the host. Lupcho was incredibly nice, helpful, and truly servicial, always making sure I had everything I needed and checking in to see if I was good. From great communication to little thoughtful touches, everything felt easy and welcoming. I felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
