Overlooking the Luster Fjord and Feigum Waterfall, this waterfront inn is 30 minutes’ drive from Sogndal. It provides free WiFi and a surrounding garden with outdoor seating and a playground. All rooms at Nes Gard have a private bathroom and their own individual décor. Some feature fjord views, along with a private balcony or terrace. Nes Gard is a farm from 1850 and the rooms are locaded in 4 different buildings at the farm. All the rooms are different and charming. The superior rooms are bigger that the standard doubleroom and has a private terrace/balcony. Nes Gard’s restaurant serves a 3-course dinner with Norwegian specialties. The staff at Nes Gard can arrange both bicycling rentals and a shuttle service to Sogndal Airport and the Express Boat docks in Sogndal and Leikanger. Breheimen National Park is a 25-minute drive away, while Urnes Stave Church is 40 minutes away by car. Hiking is another common area activity.

"Bellissima posizione. La struttura è diffusa in varie strutture che componevano la fattoria originale. Tutto molto carino e curato. C'è una bellussima sauna e vasca idromassaggio sul molo del fiordo. Affittano canoe e sono molto disponibili a suggerire attività. Siamo capitati nelle stanze mansardate che sono un po' "sfidanti" ma, avendo prenotato all'ultimo e per 1 notre sola, siamo stati fortunati."

"Absolutely amazing place. THE VIEW is worth everything. Morning swim in the fiords was one of my highlights of Norway. Supergood bed. We slept so good. The Dinner consept was extraordinary- all local, every evening different, super delicious. Definitely would go back."
