"La posizione vicino alla 5 evenida ma in una via tranquilla non lontano dalla fermata Ado,la camera grande,il personale della hall giovani,simpatici e preparati a darvi consigli e a risolvere i problemi,la camera sempre pulita e ordinata,il letto comodo e grande."

"Avrei gradito un tavolino sul balcone , il phon in camera e le lenzuola erano troppo piccole per il letto king."

"Colazione minimale. Booking diceva colazione buona ma ti mandano nel bar di fianco con un buono per caffè, succo e toast con marmellata. Asciugamani e lenzuola macchiati. Attenzione al parcheggio, è coperto ma potrebbe essere poco pratico, lo staff deve aprire manualmente il cancello. L'ultimo giorno sono stato svegliato presto da un demolitore al piano di sopra."

"Sérgio from reception was outstanding. Room is quite comfortable and spacious. Location is perfect, just few steps from 5 Avenue. Swimming pool at night was delightful after an exhaustive and hot day. Loved the decoration."

"The shower and the breakfast could be better. The tv was bit complicated to watch but is not a big deal."

"Great location with car park included. (It's essential if you are driving to playa del Carmen as almost all private car parks have an hourly rate) La quinta avenida is right in the corner, so it's a very cool location for dinner, party, drinks, etc. Bear in mind that if you are a light sleeper, you will definitely need earplugs because there is noise coming from the street due to the centre location. It's 15-20mins walk to the ferry port if you want to enjoy a day in Cozumel as we did. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is ok. Overall prices were very decent for the position if you booked in advance."

"Unfortunately, breakfast was very disappointing. We had a free genius breakfast, which included a small portion of fruit or lemonade, tea or coffee, and a toast slice with bread and butter. I am gluten-free, and I am used to carry my own bread around, but the waitress wasn't very accommodating for some extra butter and jam, very sad. Cleaning could be improved between guests as we found lots of dust and sticky floors"
