"La posizione e la semplicità del posto. Inoltre la persona che gestisce è sempre stata disponibile. L'appartamwnto è vicino a diversi centri di interesse, negozi, servizi, spiaggia."

"Purtroppo vicino all'appartamento ci sono un bar e un ristorante che fino alle 24 o all'1:00 di notte mettono della musica ad alto volume, quindi il rumere si sente. Inoltre l'appartamento ha soltanto una porta e una finiestra per cui l'unica forma di far cambiare l'aria (o rinfrescare) è con il ventilatore acceso oltre all'apertura della porta e della finestra. Non da ultimo l'aria condizionata faceva troppo rumore, per cui non la usavamo (per non parlare del frigo che durante la notte si sentiva particolarmente). é un appartamentino economico. non bisogna avere pretese o meglio ci può accontentare."

"Overall, the place is more run down than it looks in the pictures, and is not worth the high rating on bookings. This is more of a 6 tgan and 8. Checkin process is lacking proactive instructions. I had to ask.for checking instructions and the info provided back was terse. In the end it was fine, but stressful. The AC is very nosy and works so so. Could not sleep with it on. The bathroom smells at sewer."

"The location is superb. Short walk to Ado Turística terminal and to the beach. Check out was easy. Feels safe."

"The whole apartment isn't sound proof next to the busy road and restaurants, you will feel like you are having a party in your room until midnight. The main door needs changing its wooden and panels came apart and letting mosquitos in. It doesn't help with rounds from the street either. The check on could be simplified, the host will text you in the morning l. confirm the time and still the room wasn't cleaned and ready. It would be great to have a kettle and just a bottle of water in the fridge. The kitchenette is very simply equipped."
