"La zona sembra un po' defilata, all'arrivo mi sembrava una zona troppo periferica. In realtà è lungo la strada che attraversa l'isola quindi molto trafficata e non ho mai avuto la sensazione che fosse poco sicuro camminare da sola Dopo un anno in viaggio in sud e centro america posso ben dire: la lavatrice più cara in assoluto (250 pesos) però c'è da dire servizio veloce e vestiti puliti 😅"

"Caribo Cozumel è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, rilassante e ben curato. Lo staff sempre disponibile ad ogni evenienza, in particolare Celeste è stata fondamentale per organizzare le nostre attività sull’isola. Altri due punti forti di Caribo Cozumel sono stati la piscina, molto rilassante al rientro dalle nostre giornate e il caffè pronto al mattino per cominciarle al meglio 😊"

"Buona posizione , a 10 minuti a piedi dal molo e dal centro. Accoglienza molto buona, con tanti consigli su dove mangiare e le spiagge da visitare. Stanza grande e pulita con frigorifero,aria condizionata,ventilatore e letti comodi. Gli asciugamani non sono inclusi ma con circa 2,5 euro a persona si possono avere . C e una piccola piscina pulita e rinfrescante in cui e piacevole immergersi dopo una giornata fuori. Per chi vuole offrono il servizio lavanderia, a pagamento, il caffè gratuito e l' acqua per 5 pesos a bottiglia riempita. Si possono noleggiare biciclette e prenotare un tour di snorkeling di 4 ore che noi abbiamo fatto e che è stato bellissimo ( abbiamo visto stelle marine giganti, tartarughe ,razze ,pesci e coralli, con la possibilità di acquistare delle foto fatte molto bene da un fotografo sott'acqua). Noi siamo stati benissimo, consiglio questo hotel e se dovessi mai tornare sull'isola di Cozumel , soggiornerei ancora qui."

"Good shared kitchen, they fixed the bathroom door that wouldn’t stay closed (after I asked them to fix twice), good little bar fridge in room, they fixed a leaky tap after I mentioned it. Provide a chair, but no desk."

"Room 10 is surrounded by 2 sets of stairs & people make a lot of noise when they use the stairs, other guests can be loud at times, no TV (good or bad?)."

"We had a lovely stay at Caribo - perfect for a couple of nights! The room was nice and clean, good shower and very comfy beds. A couple more hocks for hanging clothes and towels would have been good and a side table lamp. The communal kitchen was great and nice to have communal spaces - it would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture to sit on! But overall a lovely stay and would come back - thank you."

"The property was clean and comfortable. The in-room facilities were good and the free coffee in the morning was a bonus. The location was good with good local restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from the ferry ports. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone."

"The on,y blemish was that we hired a scooter through the hotel for the day having been quoted 500 pesos. When the guy came he charged us an additional 50 pesos tax. The amount quoted should be the total or it should be clear that 10% tax is applicable."

"The room was clean and very comfortable, the AC was a life saver, we had our room cleaned every day which was great, the pool is bigger that what it looks on the photos, very clean and nice, the facilities were spot on and the host made us feel like home, the location is great too, near banks, supermarkets and local food restaurants, we will definitely come back 😊"
