"Posizione perfetta, in una zona molto tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo a tre minuti di scooter o automobile dal centro di Cozumel. La struttura ha una bella zona esterna fronte mare con tavolini e lettini da cui è molto bello vedere il tramonto e rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro per l’isola. Gli appartamenti sono molto spaziosi e sono puliti."

"Gli appartamenti e la struttura in generale avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione perché si vedono i segni del tempo. Alcuni mobili sono vecchi e andrebbero sostituiti."

"Struttura molto piacevole e ben organizzata, vicina al centro e all’aeroporto e con un accesso al mare con scogli ma ben sfruttabile! Il mare è perfetto e la casa è praticamente su di un reef con pesci e tartarughe. Un posto perfetto per staccare e godersi un relax davvero unico."

"The location is north side of the port/ferry terminal. This is the quieter side. No big beach clubs or partying. Easy walk to restaurants and taxis pass all the time. Beach area in front of apartments is for apartment us only and is spotless. Snorkelling is magnificent directly in front of apartment. We saw turtles, eagle rays, all type of reef fish and coral as well as moray eels, lion fish, stone fish. Fabulous. The apartment is serviced to a high standard daily. We extended by 2 days to take advantage of the quiet and the snorkelling. Fridge if full of essentials if you wish to use them and you are charged for them at very reasonable rates."

"The airport is nearby but flights are seldom and no flights at night. The apartments are clean but dated. Easily overlooked for the magnificent view, beach, snorkelling."

"Slightly out of town which was great as it was more quiet. We absolutely loved being able to jump straight off the back into crystal clear waters to snorkel. Great amenities - excellent hosts."

"Clara our host was so friendly, we were met at the door when we arrived and were given a lovely honeymoon gift. The facilities are incredible - the room was amazing, gorgeous views, such a nice place to enjoy the sunset and watch the cruise ships come and go. The swimming and snorkeling was so amazing, we couldn’t believe the colour of the coral and the fish right under our ladder! The fridge was well stocked, everything is right there for you if you don’t want to go to town. The walk to town was about 15 minutes but there are great restaurants to have breakfast and dinner along the way, so you’re not far from anything. We want to say thanks so much for making our stay so special and for all the friendly assistance, especially when I got sick with the flu. Bill the owner was also super friendly and helpful! Snorkeling gear provided as well. Thanks so much again, we will highly recommend to everyone and will be back!!"

"The location just North of town was perfect for snorkeling - some of the best I've ever found! Not a speck of seaweed & great water access by steps & ladders. The unit was comfy & had most everything we needed plus some groceries stocked when we got there. The huge bathtub was perfect for relaxing & reading. The bed wasnt the most comfortable but became more so as the week progressed. The sofa that my niece slept on could have been more comfortable for her. The kitchen had everything we needed & wifi was good"

"It would have been wonderful if there had been at least a small fresh water swimming pool or hot tub on the large terrace. There seemed to be plenty of room for either & it would have made Condumel Perfect. I would have gladly paid more for either on site"
