Motel in Ruanda

"Good location. Not far fro shops, cheap local dinig and duty-frees. Near the road so a bit loud sometimes but it's ok. Great comfortable beds. Quite large rooms as for Langkawi"

Staff. The staff should ask before entering the guest's room. A lot of miscommunication: you have to chat via Whatsapp with a person listed on booking and with a generic manager and with another manager. Too complicated.

"Il gestore della struttura è stato gentilissimo e ci ha fornito consigli ed indicazioni sul nostro soggiorno. Le suites sono spaziose e quattro persone ci stanno comodamente nelle due camere separate, c'è ancora spazio nel soggiorno e per i bagagli. Il wifi funzionava bene"

I letti cigolavano e il gestore dovrebbe trovare il modo per eliminare questo fastidio.

"Staff gentile e disponibile: abbiamo prenotato il giorno prima per il giorno dopo per due notti e l’unica stanza disponibile aveva 5 posti letto con relativo costo. Non potendoci adeguare il costo perché pagato in anticipo ci hanno offerto una stanza migliore. Se la prima non era un granché, la seconda era una suite spettacolare, molto grande, elegante, calda, con bagno anche lui grande e doccia fantastica, infine l’ingresso con vetrata su piccolo patio dedicato. Bellissima! La posizione comodissima, a pochi passi dal centro"

"Il proprietario pur non essendo presente fisicamente a casa ha saputo aiutarci nel migliore dei modi a costruire un buon itinerario di cose da vedere in due giorni. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione della guesthouse è centrale e vicina a un night market."

"We stayed at this accommodation twice: first for 5 days and then for 7 days. It is a super nice apartment with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and one of the best showers we have had on our trip. The Wi-Fi also worked well. The accommodation is a little way from the center, but that meant it was nice and quiet. The bazaar is only a few minutes' walk away and the bus station is about 10 minutes away. We would definitely go back here—it really became our home away from home."

Personally, I would have liked it if there had been a small gas stove for cooking, but this was mainly because we were staying for a longer period of time and you don't want to eat out every time. The host was nice, but doesn't speak English. What I found unfortunate was that when we checked in for our second stay, we were asked to pay immediately. Because we were staying for seven days and had just finished a strenuous three-day hike, we hadn't been to the ATM and said we would pay the next day. Since we had already stayed for five days the week before, I expected a little trust, and in any case, it's not unusual to pay at checkout. The host apparently didn't like this and was at our door early the next morning. Since we had just gotten out of bed, we hadn't had a chance to withdraw cash yet. A few hours later, her son was at the door to ask for the money again (which we did have by then). It didn't feel hospitable or trusting to be asked for money so often in a bit angry manner. After that, the host didn't pay any attention to us and wasn't around. We asked if we could do our laundry, which was possible for 300 som. But no one came to pick up the laundry. It felt a bit like: I got the money, so I don't have to make any more effort.

"La camera era pulitissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, il letto comodissimo, la posizione è strategica vicina al centro ma comoda anche per spostarsi con minivan e metro! La proprietaria è gentilissima e ci ha accolte con un te caldo, ci siamo trovate così bene che siamo tornate una seconda volta!"

Nulla, era tutto perfetto. Segnalo solo il fatto che l’hotel non ha un’insegna visibile, quindi se si arriva di notte si può avere qualche difficoltà a trovarlo. In ogni caso la proprietaria è stata disponibilissima ad accoglierci anche all’1 di notte facendosi trovare fuori dalla struttura

The place was exceptionally quiet and calm. I really liked and enjoyed my stay. Although I stayed for only one night, when I went for a walk in the morning before checking out, I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms. Hopefully, I will visit again in the future."

"A very relaxed saved place. Amina and Chidi are always there when you need something. Amina is a lovely person with a big heart. My stay over two month was perfect. Thank you so much."

"La struttura è in un'ottima posizione a 3 minuti in auto dal centro di Paquera e comodissima per raggiungere sia il porto di Paquera sia la splendida Playa Organos da cui parte il tour per Isla Tortuga. La camera è molto pulita, spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata. Il bagno è ampio e comodo con acqua calda. Personale disponibile."
