"Ottima posizione a 15 minuti dal centro, Norman molto disponibile sia per la consegna che per il ritiro delle chiavi. Con un piccolo sovrapprezzo ci ha permesso di parcheggiare all'interno del cortile."

"Clean, spacious, large TV and in a great location. Norman’s assistant was very welcoming and ensured we knew where everything was. There was no drama with the deposit and we overall had a fantastic stay."

"Convenient, clean, nicely designed ground floor apartment in a secure gated courtyard. It suited our group of three very well. A pleasant environment to have breakfast and a cup of tea when we returned. It was tea, we're Irish! Norman is a friendly helpful man, his offer of a lift to the airport was greatfully accepted. We walked a lot in Riga, 15 minutes or so to the Railway Station and say 20 to the Old Town. Tbilisi Restaurant (Georgian) is only 4 mins on foot and Bella Napoli (Italian).10 -12 mins. For Latvian food, we stayed closer to city centre. Oh yes, there are a few convenience shops within easy walking distance of Lote Apartment. Public transport (buses and trams) also easily accessible. Weather in Riga was fresh, occasionally chilly but the apartment was always warm!"

"Laipns un viesmīlīgs saimnieks. Ļoti siltas telpas, neskatoties uz to, ka apartamenti bija 1.stāvā. Ērtas gultas, dzīvoklis mūziķu stilā. :D Dzīvoklis pašā Rīgas centrā. Ļoti laba skaņu izolācija, nedzirdējām ne kaimiņus ne to, kas notiek sētā. Mītnē bija viss, kas mums bija vajadzīgs."

"El alojamiento es muy cómodo y está situado a pie de calle, lo que facilita mucho el acceso, especialmente para familias o personas con movilidad reducida. El espacio es amplio, ideal para alojar hasta 4 personas sin sensación de agobio. La ubicación es excelente: a solo 15 minutos andando del centro de la ciudad, lo que permite disfrutar de las principales atracciones sin depender del transporte público. Además, en los alrededores hay supermercados y otros servicios, lo que resulta muy práctico. Uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó fue la zona tranquila en la que se encuentra el alojamiento. Esto nos permitió descansar sin ruidos molestos ni interrupciones. Las camas, por su parte, son muy cómodas. El piso destaca también por su limpieza impecable a la llegada. Por otro lado, la cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas, lo que facilita mucho la estancia, especialmente para quienes prefieren cocinar en casa."
"Aunque en general la estancia fue muy satisfactoria, hubo un aspecto que, viniendo de un país mas cálido, no me resultó cómodo. Durante la noche, hacia frio... mucho frio. Fuera, la temperatura bajaba de los 10 °C lo que hizo que el ambiente dentro de la vivienda resultara frío para dormir. El principal inconveniente fue que no había, o no encontramos, mantas adicionales disponibles en el alojamiento para poder abrigarnos más durante la noche. Además, la calefacción no estaba en funcionamiento, ya que era verano, y no había ningún otro sistema, como una bomba de calor o calefactor portátil, para subir un poco la temperatura de la vivienda. Recomendaría al anfitrión que el alojamiento ofreciera alguna opción para regular la temperatura, incluso en los meses de verano, para mayor confort de los huéspedes."

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
