Полный комплект бытовой техники: электрочайник, микроволновка, индукционная (безопасная) плита - греет кастрюлю без огня и накала, плита сама холодная остаётся (противопожарная)."
"За предлагаемую цену всё устраивает. Дом 1911 года. Фасад требует ремонта или покраски. Но это Памятник архитектуры местного значения (архитектор М. Эйзенштейн - брат известного кинорежиссера), и нужен особый дорогостоящий проект. Внешний вид не очень. Зато в апартаментах всё даже очень не плохо."
"Заселение и выселение по кодам доступа без присутствия Администрации апартаментов. Оплатил по банку заранее все услуги и страховой депозит (100 евро) и живешь спокойно. Уехал когда нужно, оставил ключи в сейфе и домой. Депозит приходит обратно на банковский счет. Мини кухня оборудована достаточно хорошо: микроволновая печь, индукционная плита, электрочайник, холодильник. Поэтому и есть Страховой депозит в 100 евро. Бесплатное TV и WiFi интернет. Электрический полотенцесушитель! Подогрев пола в ванной комнате! Электрообогреватель с терморегулятором!"

"С моей стороны абсолютно никаких претензий. Я управляю отелем в Англии, и мое пребывание было отличным. Если вы хотите улучшить качество обслуживания, возможно, предоставьте в номере несколько адаптеров зарядного устройства. Мои иностранные гости всегда это ценят, но это не срочно. 10/10, пребывание!"

"Excellent location. Very well equipped. Nice, large bathroom. And we were greeted with champagne! In addition, the host is very responsive and quick to get in touch. Great place for up to 3 people! There were four of us and we stayed there for over a week, most nights just two or three of us slept there. The couple nights though, when all four of us slept in the accommodation, became very cramped, but the host warned us about it, although a few nights are not a big problem. In any case, I would not recommend to take this apartment longer for a night or two, if you are 4 people, and all of you plan to actually sleep there, and good night sleep is what you are seeking for - otherwise - one of the finest choices to explore Valmiera to the fullest! :)"

"I loved everything about this place, location is perfect, if you're traveling by train or autobus 10-15 mins walk maximum. You don't have to worry about groceries, small mini-mart is 3 mins walk away with everything you may need, If you arrive late and the mini mart is closed,you can always grab something to eat at Circle-K gas station open 24hrs. If your stay is short and you want to explore Valmiera, you may have to come again, because once you enter the apartment, you won't want to go outside. It's so nice and cozy and equipped with everything. On my stay I didn't go outside once. I highly recommend this place."
