"Appartamento pulito, tutto nuovo. Si trova al pianoterra, Finestre sul giardino. Staff accogliente, attento, riservato. Hanno esaurito immediatamente tutte le nostre richieste - dal ferro da stiro al caffè. Silenzioso, nonostante la ferrovia nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio comodo. Ben collegato con i mezzi con tutte le parti della città!."

"Ottima posizione! Praticamente di fronte alla biblioteca nazionale e a due passi dai mezzi pubblici che con una fermata ti portano in centro. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Comodissimo il parcheggio. L'appartamento è "basic" ma non manca niente ed è pulitissimo."

"Durante un viaggio itinerante ho soggiornato presso questa abitazione privata. L'appartamento è molto ampio con due camere ed una bagno veramente spazioso e tutto recentemente ristrutturato anche se appare incompleto per alcune mancanze (es. forno o microonde, portarotolo carta igienica, appendi asciugamano.. Punto di forza è sicuramente l'ubicazione cmq vicina al centro città appena aldilà del ponte ed il collegamento con diverse soluzioni. Check in molto veloce e disponibile all'anticipo."

"Nonostante l'ampiezza del bagno, sono presenti degli appendi asciugamani solo all'interno della doccia con il rischio di bagnarli e nessuno nel lavandino. Manca anche il porta carta igienica che rimane poggiato su un parte ubicata alle spalle del water."

"Very cosy apartment with everything you need. One bed very comfortable, the other one a little bit too hard for people who are used to soft beds. Close to the historic center of the city (either one station by tram or 15 minute walk over the bridge). Easy communication with the check in/out. We were very satisfied with the experience."

"Everything was perfect, very attentive personel. 15 minutes to town center by foot, big yard and parking lot."

"Everything was fine. Maybe other guests need a TV or radio in the Apartment. But for me that wasn't a Problem. If I visit Riga again, I come back to this Apartment. Best regards Christian 🤗"
