"Labai autentiška vieta, kurioje dera senoji medinė Rygos architektūra, šiuolaikinis menas ir ant stogelio saulėje besišildantys katinai. Tik patekęs į kiemą iš karto supranti, kad jame gyvena menininkai. Rekomenduojama apsistoti tiems, kas nori pajusti tikrą, neturistinę Tornakalns rajono dvasią. Be to, visiškai greta, už didelio parko įsikūręs nuostabus Agenskalns rajonas su savo turgumi ir geriausiu Rygoje burgeriu. Apartamentai įrenti labai jaukiai, juose yra viskas, ko gali prireikti keliautojui, gal tik pasigedome kavos aparato su kapsulėmis, kas jau tapo trumpalaikės nuomos butų standartu."
